They will steal your money.

Have cleared my finance agreement with them, they have then taken ANOTHER monthly payment over and above the settled amount value AND they're still showing on my credit report when I owe them money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, A TRUELY TERRIBLE FINANCE COMPANY THE OMBUDSMAN NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THEM.

They have then sent me a letter today saying my account is closed and goodbye, YOU STILL HAVE AN EXTRA MONTHS PAYMENT YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO.

I tried to call in to give more information as the below suggests and was just gas lit by their team telling me they're following their processes etc, with this consistent a ln issue in their reviews they need to accept that their policies are simply inadequate.

Abysmal service and organisation

Abysmal service and organisation.
If I could give 0 or lower I would. Do not get a car on finance with VWFS. I have had my car for just under 5 months and the finance department can't keep track of my monthly payments. I am constantly getting emails and letters saying I have missed payments, which is now ruining my credit score while trying to get a mortgage.
You get passed from pillar to post, it seems nobody actually reads your file or any emails and supporting statements and just give a fob off email response. Despite me sending my bank statements (more than once) showing payments, they still say nothing has been received and want me to pay more - absolutely not.
To date I have sent 17 emails with proof of payment and various chase emails over a period of just over 2 months now and have received 7 responses from 6 different people (zero continuity) being of no help other than to tell me they will reposes the car if I don't pay. BEYOND infuriating when I am constantly sending factual evidence and getting zero help.
Fine - take the car back, so long as I never have to deal with you people again. The fact they can mess up so royally in a short period of time is laughable. VWFS are ruining the reputation of what was a good vehicle brand.

Skoda Financial Services

Skoda Financial Services. I previously had a vehicle through Seat Financial Services and had no issue whatsoever. My Skoda has a defective infotainment system. It just doesn’t work, it sits on loading all the time. No music, no map, no car play, no time! No date! Pretty basic stuff. Reported it in Jan. when I rang up in Feb looking for an update all I got was you’ll have to raise a complaint. I just want to know the plan to get it fixed but you can’t get past the “front line agents” as they call themselves and they know nothing. All they seemingly can do is book services and raise complaints. When I ask questions about the contract they either get it wrong or don’t know. Well we are now in May. In April the part arrived but Skoda told the dealership not to replace it and no one can tell me why. No one has been allocated to the complaint I made in Feb so they sent me an email telling me to go to the financial ombudsman. When I call to ask why they didn’t fit the part they say the complaint holder is the only one who will know but as they repeatedly point out there is no one allocated so we go around in circles and apparently no body knows.
I just want to know what the plan is to fix the car. I pay money to them every month for a broken car that is under warranty. Currently I’m driving around with a Bluetooth speaker circa 2002 with no connectivity at all. The emergency call functions error all the time and the lane assist and other driving functions crash. Not value for money and absolutely no customer service being given. The irony is when I reported it to the ombudsman the woman had the same issue with her car!!!

Thank you for your response VWFS. I see we are back around the circle again with no change at all. Did you read my review? I ring the number, they don’t help. There is no one allocated to my complaint. I still have a broken car.

I’m very happy with my experience

I’m very happy with my experience — everything was brilliant from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout.
Communication was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend this company to others and would happily use them again in the future.

The staff at the dealership

The staff at the dealership. I travelled further than i needed too to get to a Cupra dealership. I informed them id be bringing the 2 dogs with me.. they were exceptionally helpful . Very accomodating.. Elliot the salesman was very good with the dogs and every question answered completely with a full knowledge of the finance options and everything to do with the car i needed to know.

UNBELIEVABLE - STILL HAVEN'T CLEARED MY CREDIT FILE

UNBELIEVABLE. Cleared my finance agreement months ago and they still won't remove it from my credit file. I have called and called and emailed and asked to speak to the credit file team. I have been told that someone will call me back but never does. it's impacting my file, my credit report, my ability to get a mortgage and more and they still don't respond. I am so disappointed that they haven't resolved this. If I was a day late they would be sure to tell the credit agencies that I had missed a payment but when I have cleared it in full and final settlement and they still won't clear the credit reference agencies its frustrating and unfair. All I'm asking for is a call back or an email.
