Beautiful Paperclip Chain Necklace with Initial Tags
The necklace took about a month to arrive. Tony was responsive by email to any questions I had.
I love my paperclip chain necklace with initial tag! It’s well made with gold vermeil. I hope it will last without fading. They offer lifetime warranty which is great.

We only received your email details later on when you reached out to follow up on your order.
Your package was dispatched for shipment on the 20th and successfully delivered on the 26th, which is still within our current production and delivery timeframe.

I placed my order on September 30th. On October 9th, I received an email saying it was done, and I would receive another email with a tracking #. I waited for two weeks, and the necklace was never shipped.
I reached out to the company and was told it would be shipped soon. Another week goes by, and still no tracking # was sent. I reached out to the company again and requested a full refund as it was now too late to give as a gift. The company never acknowledged my request and shipped the necklace 2 days later.
I will never do business with this company again.

Rough jewelry sideways cross
Upon receiving my sideways cross, I was extremely excited. Unfortunately, it was not advertised in the manner in which it was advertised online. First of all, I ordered it and it took about 20 days to arrive. I know online it says it takes a while for it to arrive, but 20 days is a long time. Secondly, when I received my cross, the arms that we’re not connected to the necklace appeared to be cut off and not smoothed at all. When I wear it, it causes tiny scratches on my neck... I am saddened that I will not be able to wear it anymore. Third, after contacting the company and sending them pictures, their jeweler took a week to respond, which is strange. Upon receiving a response, they informed me that that is how the arms are intended to be matte... However the sides are not matte the look like they were cut with pliers and left as it and they did not smooth out the edges. I never leave any bad reviews, but I feel this one is deserved. I don’t think they actually stand by their Policy of “ We stand by our industry leading quality and offer a lifetime warranty on all pieces and a satisfaction guarantee “ when I emailed them they said that’s the way it is, the piece of jewelry is totally unsatisfactory but they did not do anything to mediate the issue. Do yourself a favor do not buy.

The custom birthstone pendant did not look anything like what was listed on their website. The chain and bail are completely different than what is shown and it is overall much lower quality than what was advertised. Incredibly disappointed in the piece especially given the price and the time it took for it to be received.
