No wireless charging or NFC
It's a basic case so provides only basic protection. Nothing elaborate but may be reasonable for the price. The ability to have a custom image sounds good, & it turned out OK. However, many of today's phones have wireless charging capabilities but using this case prevents such charging. Even worse it blocks NFC signals meaning paying contactlessly is now prevented! These are problems not mentioned on the website either before or after ordering. Once notified of this problem the company failed to even reply. ► Caveat Emptor!

Hello, Sorry you aren't happy with your item due to the charging issue. Yes some of the phone cases will block wireless charging from the back due to the metal plate on the case, it varies depending on phone model. I'm not sure why you have had problems contacting us. Our phone number on the website is definitely correct and has been working fine so that a bit of a mystery.

Brilliant service!
The ordering process was great, timely delivery too. The actual quality of the photo printed on my phone case is brilliant and looks amazing. The phone case itself however doesn't stay on the phone (it's a relatively new phone so may need more testing). I phoned customised-printing and they were really understanding. Offered me a full refund which was completed the next day. Such a shame, as the product itself is lovely. Despite this, I'd still 100% use you again as how you dealt with the situation was outstanding, and just shows how much you value your customers! Thank you!
