The mug is absolutely beautiful! It will make such a nice memory for our granddaughter!! And I can’t give you enough praise for your communication! I ordered 2 other personalized items from another company, and I hear nothing! I had to threaten them with stealing my money as they haven’t even given me a glimpse that I have products being made or even coming! Alright but a little disappointing
The product shipped pretty fast. That part was impressive. However I got a customized tumblr to give to a friend as a gift but the images were blurry. And the writing wasn’t centered. So it just ended up looking cheaply made. For the price it cost the quality really didn’t match. Was a little disappointing because I thought this was gonna be such a cute gift. I would have considered ordering again but am afraid to receive a blurry image again. The design WAS cute I just wished it was executed better. And it did arrive fast which is why I gave 3 stars.
