You send a picture in and the outcome is the top of the head of the dog is wrapped around a corner so I can’t give the canvas needs to be thrown out.

We would like to assure you that we take all customer concerns very seriously. Upon receiving your email, our customer service team sent two follow-up messages requesting additional information so we could investigate the issue and find a resolution for you.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, which has made it difficult for us to fully address your concerns. It’s disappointing to see a negative review without the opportunity to assist you further.
We would also like to clarify that we do not edit the images uploaded by our customers. The image placement is shown in our customiser at the time of ordering, which clearly displays how the sides of the canvas wrap around. This feature allows customers to preview the final product and make adjustments before placing their order.
We remain committed to providing excellent service and would still be happy to investigate further if you’d like to get back in touch with us. Please don’t hesitate to reply to our earlier emails or reach out again so we can work towards a solution.

Impressive
I placed the initial order and the canvas photo was delivered very promptly but with a small blemish.
After an email I had a replacement sent and again very promptly and the product was A1.
