Custom Pet Gifts emailed me with the artist renderings to make sure I was happy with the gifts. They did a great job and were very helpful. My family and friends love the specially made keychains of the pets. I am ordering my friend’s husband a duplicate because he wants one too!

Incredible business. They do an amazing job of creating a precious momento that 100% resembles your pet. The metal is very high quality, the etching they did onto it was even more impressive. You would expect to pay $100s for this type of work, and they keep it at an incredibly low and reasonable price (mine was less than $30!) The shipping time was incredibly quick (maybe a week or two?), and I am not a super patient person. 20/10 would recommend!!!! Thank you for bringing my dog back to life ♥️

This company has more than met its standards. When I first made a purchase in 2020 I never expected to be so satisfied. Since then, I have made purchases for my daughter and son-in-law. They are so happy with their gifts. I can’t say enough about custom pets. I am more than satisfied.

They did a fabulous job at recreating our poor pup that had passed onto a keychain. So impressed and would recommend!

The keychains I ordered for our friends who recently lost their fur baby were absolutely perfect! My friends couldn’t believe it was an actual picture of their baby… i will definitely be buying from you again. I could not be happier with this purchase. A few days after I lost my dog, I came across this company I decided to order a keychain I uploaded the photo and a week or so later I received my order in the mail. I was shocked to see the keychain as the detail was spot on! I’m in love with this keychain because I can always carry my dog with me. I highly recommend this company the quality is outstanding, customer service responded fast and were helpful. All around I’m 100% satisfied with my order and will do business again!

To Help Future Buyers:

If you decide to order from Custom Pet Gifts, you should be made aware of the following:
The website says 5-10 business days to create, so in total about 2-3 weeks plus shipping. Take this into consideration when ordering so you receive yours in a timely fashion. I ordered mine Feb 1st and got it Feb 28th.
Additionally, do not contact customer service via e-mail. You are most likely to get a response from Facebook Messenger or Instagram. There is no phone number to call.
Lastly, the keychains are pretty tiny which I did not notice from the pictures.

HOWEVER, once customer service did get back to me, he/she was more than happy to discuss my issues and come up with a resolution. Despite two negative reviews I wrote previously that I have since removed, they were still very friendly and hoped my significant other liked his gift.
Overall, the keychain did end up turning out beautifully and was identical to the photo I sent in and was of good quality. If you listen to the advice I mentioned above, you should have little to no issues.

This is just a really cute idea. My grandma’s dog just passed away and I thought this would make her happy. Ordering was pretty easy and quick. Just waiting to see the final result
