Frustrating that I ordered this 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I reached out to customer support and they said it takes 5-10 days for manufacturing. It has been 10 days and still no word on my order.

I purchased a couple of items from the shop and absolutely loved how they came out!! I gave one away as a gift, which she loved!!! My two pups are now able to join me on a necklace that I gifted to myself!! The products were well done, I would definitely order from them again!
