Worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Paid extra for quick delivery, and the parcel did not arrive. The company refused to send a new one with express delivery even though I had waited for the parcel for a month. I ended up requesting a refund and it’s been more than 11 business days and still no refund. Customer service keeps sending copy paste messages and wanting me to be patient…

Purchased three pairs of socks for Christmas,
The socks quality is just awful
I have been Told by the company that the material used is Polyester !! and is very comfortable to wear.
I can assure you its not, and very laughable the quality, AVOID at all costs.. No offer of any money back or help in anyway … DONT USE !!!!!!

Service was good but the quality was shocking. Ordered 3 pairs of socks, they weren’t finished off properly, have no idea what the vile fabric is that they used but they certainly cannot be worn. Have contacted them and am still waiting to hear back. Pity I cannot upload photos

Absolutely do NOT order from this company!! Complete scammers! Bought a 4 piece canvas from them and for starters it took weeks to come and then when it did come it WASN’T EVEN A CANVAS!! It come in a thin black tube and it was literally the paper and that’s it. The photo on it is barely even recognisable and when I asked for a full refund, the customer service was absolutely disgraceful! Then I told them that they will be hearing from my fraud department so they offered me only a 10% refund. You can’t even leave a review on their website and every review they have you can tell is fake. 100% scammers and DO NOT recommend buying from them unless you’re prepared for a disappointment and losing your money!

Great product and fits amazingly, but however it took a large amount of time to arrive.

Appalling service all round! Order arrived late and was extremely poor quality. Emailed and requested a refund only to be offered 10% of what I had paid (worked out to about £3.50).

Arrived over a week late, not UK based as is heavily implied. The organisation is based in China, hence the very long delivery time. Tracking information is inconsistent, told to download an app that says “no location information available”.
Item itself of acceptable quality, picture is great, socks not amazing quality.

I’ve sent many emails and tried in vain to get my item, this now says on Hermes that item has been returned even tho it was not delivered as I’ve been in the house and not left. I’ve asked for a refund or even my item sent recorded delivery and again no response

I ordered on 1st Dec in plenty of time for Christmas. I was asked twice to confirm my delivery address, unsure why. It took 19 days for delivery with no communication from the company. I ordered 4 pairs of socks. 1 pair were someone else’s order, 1 pair had a hole already and I was unable to get the pair I ordered in time for Xmas. This is now a gift I cannot use. I spent £50 in socks and was offered a measly £15 refund. This was supposed to be a little pick me up for my family at Christmas, and it’s turned into a waste of money and time! I’m in a budget as many are at this time and have basically spent £50 in nothing! Avoid this company!!

Ordered a custom made mens apron as a wee Christmas extra - arrived today 28th Dec. Really disappointed with item - nothing like advertised photo. Size to fit a man is useless, far too small. Straps are thin cords yet photo shows wide straps at neck. Very misleading -unfortunately not worth the hassle of returning to Hong Kong - not a UK based company

Ordered 3 pairs of photo socks for Christmas, was told in order that it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. They arrived on day 10 just before Christmas. The photos came out very well, they were packaged well and I honestly cannot complain about the product.
My only issue about this company is they mislead customers by implying they are a UK company and they are not, customer service seems to be lacking and their is a communication or language barrier via email- it took my 3 emails to get my point across as the person responding did not understand my queries.

Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas ( Dec 14th ) didn’t arrive in time when items ordered AFTER arrived very promptly. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

Update:

Contacted the company they Offered a refund of delivery to take down review. I haven’t accepted. Order arrived today 28th December. Quality.... isn’t great for the money.

All round disappointment

I had an excellent experience with this company. I ordered three pairs of personalised dog socks for my family for Christmas, delivery did take about 1.5 weeks longer than expected but it is close to Christmas AND there is a pandemic, so I thought this was very reasonable given the circumstances. I received a tracking link which was also helpful. The socks made me very very happy when I opened them and I know my family will feel the same on Christmas Day! I would order again, please think and order in advance if you require these for an event or occasion, it is difficult times at the moment and it is not the companies fault if the delivery process is not running as smoothly at this time. Thank you custom socks and great customer service from Umer and the team.

Good service a week before Christmas... customer service helped with tracking.

These items arrive from overseas but there is tracking available. The socks are excellent quality. The pictures are so clear.

Another complaint about delivery and customer service. Both are non-existent so I'm guessing this website and company are a scam. Beware!
