Horrible company and customer service
Horrible company and customer service. Ordered a pair of novelty socks for my partner with our dogs face on. Uploaded the image as requested and did not tick the box that stated If I wanted my face on the socks also as I only wanted my dogs face. Upon arrival they had put half my face on the socks! Even after I stated I did not want that. Been in contact but they stated it is not their fault and offered me 15% off my next order.

Beware!!!
Beware. This is NOT a U.K. company and the customer support is non existent. I ordered some socks in early December, delivery guaranteed with 7-10 business days. I have not yet even been informed that order has been shipped. No reply despite several email reminders.

Bought 3 pairs of socks. They are lovely and the picture quality is great. Had a slight issue with the packaging but emailed them and was sorted straight away. Would definitely order again

CustomPhotoSocks UK is NOT a UK business!
Although the company name is ‘Custom Photo Socks UK’ they are not a UK company and do not produce in the UK meaning additional delays in shipping etc. The gift I ordered for a friend 2 weeks ago now won’t be delivered in time for his special day.

The socks are lovely and I was very impressed with the quality of the items.

I ordered a custom photo frame for £45 which was half price and should have been £90 and it came and was a total disappointment. The quality of the frame and the printing was shocking, looks like it should be worth £10 never mind £45/£90
