Very Helpful
Working with Customs Declarations UK has been a great experience. As a new clearing agent, their support made the CDS declaration process much easier and more straightforward. The setup, guidance, and communication were professional and efficient throughout.

Help when it was needed

Manual import of business goods to the UK
Sonal assisted me through the process in importing manually from Netherlands to the uk. I have certainly learnt a thing or too by doing it this way. Sonal was brilliant and very patient with me. We successfully picked up my fabric and used the van via ferry. Normally the courier would do all the necessary paperwork.but as we were picking up the goods ourselves it was a unique process. Even though it was a one off I’m glad o had the chance to experience this should I ever have to use these services again. Thankyou to customems declarations uk

Excellent quality with customer support
I'm in the business of selling alcohol and recently we've started importing. We've used custom agents before but it's too expensive for the quantity we import. I've looked at Customs Declarations before but I found it too complicated even if I like to roll-up my sleeves. The complications isn't because CS isn't doing a good job but because HMRC requirements are too complicated and onerous.
In the end I was faced with the challenge of going through the process and the team at Customs Declarations stepped-up and helped me through EVERY SINGLE STEP. What a service!!!! What an amazing team with Sonal being my main contact. We've had multiple calls and backs and forths and in the end we did it. To allocate this much time from the CS team is a true customer experience that even I can't offer to my customers.

Quick and helpful, affordable
I used Customs Declaration’s online system to submit a one-off export declaration for moving my personal household goods from the UK to the EU. While the process was a bit complex and my initial submissions were rejected by the system, I was really impressed by the team’s support. Without me even reaching out, they proactively contacted me, set up a call, and walked me through everything in a very short time. The two team members I spoke with were quick, helpful, and applied common sense to clarify and correct a few of my assumptions. Thanks to their help, I got everything resolved smoothly. I’d definitely use them again if I needed another export declaration.
