I ordered a custom sized bed and mattress for my daughter's awkward shaped bedroom. From the first phone call to order to the day of delivery I was highly impressed with the service I received. I needed the delivery to be held until a certain day and this was accommodated without a problem.
The frame was very easy to put together yet totally solid and very well made and the mattress is super comfortable! I highly recommend this company and would use again without hesitation.

Being disabled I use an electric bed and needed a new mattress so I looked for a company that would make one to measure and found Custom Size Beds. My questions were answered by one of the Company's owners who took the measurements I had made and I was asked to confirm them by email. The mattress was made in a couple of weeks and I was notified and it was delivered the next day very efficiently. I had chosen to have the Cool Memory Foam and followed instructions and allowed it to rest for 24 hrs and then what a wonderful experience, I had the best nights sleep ever. Great product and a super company, I recommend it.

I bought the Premium Memory Foam Mattress (Firmer Feel) with Charcoal Upholstery, back in January.

Since then I've been all over Europe in my van, and have never had a bad nights sleep! It's super comfy and fits the van perfectly!

The firmer feel is great as the bed doubles as a sofa and the covers are super soft but durable for van living!

Would highly recommend investing in one of these beds!

Website so easy to use. Submitted the measurements and order confirmed. Was a little concerned about not knowing when it would be delivered so I asked by email a few days after ordering. Got a lovely email from Debra followed by an equally lovely phone call from Liam confirming the delivery details. Delivery took just 10 days from ordering. It arrived and I was fascinated by how thin they are when they arrive. Followed their instructions and I now have the most comfortable mattress I think I've ever used. Our grandadaughter, Jessica, who's bed we ordered it for, loves it as well. Highly recommended and a big thank you to everyone. It's a very well 'dunn' from me.

We have a short king-size bed, so a standard mattress is too long. First time ordering from Custom Size Beds and the whole process was simple and straightforward. We went for the orthopaedic 20cm deep mattress. This is very comfortable and supportive. Would highly recommend.

Great price for a substantial mattress. Delivery was quick enough. I was a bit worried about buying such a large item online (it was for our motorhome) but I needn’t have worried.

The mattress is shaped to fit the motorhome and I was so pleased when I put it in as it fits like a glove.

Just spent 2 nights on it and it is very comfortable.

To maximise very limited space in our boat we requested rather an odd shaped mattress; narrower at the top getting progressively wider, mainly to accommodate Otto our Australian Cattle Dog!

Customer service was outstanding, and the mattress feels like sleeping on clouds; clouds that support you in just the right places leaving you free to drift into a heavenly deep sleep.

Otto agrees; we thoroughly recommend this fabulous company.

From the very start of the ordering process the sales team were outstanding, as we were in Spain trying to replace a damaged caravan mattress their knowledge and assistance was excellent. This continued at home when advised about delivery etc, the mattress was received and taken back to Spain on our next trip, fitted in the boot of our car! Once unpacked and an overnight wait we where in “Heaven” you could not ask for a better Mattress for a caravan. lightweight and no sagging in the middle a must for all caravans. Thank you for outstanding service and product.

Principal reason for changing from the mattress provided with our new caravan was that we found it much too firm for comfort. In fact, we referred to it as 'hard' rather than 'firm'. A bit like sleeping on a slightly convex concrete block. I spoke to Myles at Custom Size Beds, who was very thorough and got the issue exactly. Having had the discussion, we ordered the most expensive of the three options, and have not regretted it since. It provides an excellent balance between support and comfort and worth every penny.

We took the opportunity to adjust the mattress dimensions slightly to better match the supporting frame, which was a bonus. We have also benefitted from the greater flexibility of the new mattress when it comes to putting on a clean sheet - doing it on the old one was very nearly impossible.

So, a win in every aspect. Well done!

We have just received our custom mattress for our narrowboat, and it is wonderful. We are so impressed by the quality of the product and also the helpful staff who make sure what you need is what you get. The mattress is fabulous, quality first class, and arrived within 2 weeks. Great service.

top notch we needed the mattress urgently it was ordered just before the bank holiday and was dispatched a few days after considering they wernt working over the holiday period it was there on time didn't let us down Iv used custom size beds twice now and definitely will use again highly recommended

Perfect fit, was worried about the quality of the fitted sheets as I like posh sheets but no need as they are beautiful and of good quality.

The mattress fits like a glove and is exceptionally comfortable. We ordered the fitted sheet as well,its a little on the expensive side but worth having in our opinion.
