Great first experience
My first experience with this candle company and an excellent one at that! Easily navigable website with clear descriptions and good in-focus photos of products. Not sure if I lucked out but they also had a very good discount available on some of the bespoke products which is exactly what I was looking for due to a looming special occasion. Multiple payment methods to choose from and delivery seemed to be super-fast too - the item arrived the very next day to the recipient according to the tracker. Would thoroughly recommend.

Did not look like the images at all, looks rather cheap. Didnt even display all the personalised text. Disappointing. Would not recommend or buy again.

Delightful candle
I ordered this candle as an engagement gift. It smells gorgeous. It came with bottled matches and I got complimentary upgrade on the size of the candle which was unexpected but such a lovely gesture. Packaging is great and it arrived in quick time. I would highly recommend this company. I will be using again.

Excellent service. My candle was very personal, for my son who was moving abroad. Custom Wicks upgraded the size foc. It was carefully boxed, the message I'd written was typed on the label and the smell was divine. Would highly recommend and use again.

The customer service from custom wicks has been amazing! I emailed on a Saturday night about coming up with a customised request, and got a quick reply. By Sunday it was sorted and ordered. It was distracted on the
Monday morning. It smells lovely and it came beautifully, beautifully packaged, and it had an unexpected upgrade which was so kind. Both I and the recipient loved it!
