The item was the wrong size, and the supplier refused to do respond to email, even though they're automated system had acknowledged the recipient of the complaint, and the supporting photographic evidence. In the end, I had to resort to PayPal resolution to get a response. The made a partial refund, which I accepted, because the prospect of dealing with these idiots was just too annoying.

This is brilliant, however the next day delivery price is extortionate.. Especially when you order in the morning, it's down for next day delivery but doesn't even get shipped until the next day so arrived two days after I ordered it.
