I couldn't have asked for a better job, exactly what I asked and great quality. It took a while to arrive, to be expected, being cut to measure, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommended, I will buy again

There were some small chips on the cut edges. There was also indentation marks on one side. I didn’t complain as this was not going to be visible on my project.

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your order, and we truly understand your frustration.
After checking our email records, we can see we previously corresponded regarding the collection option that was accidentally selected at checkout. However, we haven’t received any further messages from you about the sizing issue or any photos showing the problem. Had we received that, we would have been more than happy to investigate and offer a replacement if there was an error on our part.
Unfortunately, as the panel has now been cut down and altered, we’re no longer able to assess or resolve the issue through our usual replacement process. We're always here to help where we can, and it's disappointing for us too when we're not given the opportunity to put things right.
