I live on a boat with single glazing. Condensation and heat loss are common with these windows. These made to measure perspex windows with magnetic tape have improved heat loss and condensation considerably. Would thoroughly recommend this product for secondary double glazing

Order was late. I arrived when the order summary told me to, rung the bell, stood outside. Waited.... saw a member of the warehouse team, they acknowledged me. I thought, ok, they will come through the warehouse and let speak to me, or at least let someone know. Well that didn't happen, I continued to wait (despite ringing the bell). Eventually someone appeared, went to look for my order, told me that no one had been in plastics over Xmas and that the order wasnt there, the forcasted ETA's were not currently accurate and that he was sorry. All in all, a painful collection experience. I appreciate this was in the week after xmas but it was lacklustre. The bit that really annoyed me was the young lad from the warehouse, seeing me, acknowledging me and doing nothing about it. Product is good, no issues with that. Price Ok. Given the experience, I would go elsewhere next time.
