The secondary glazing panels were cut perfectly to my required sizes. It can be a bit challenging trying to attach the special adhesive tape to the panels if you've not done it before, but we managed ok. Once the metallic tape is cut to size and attached to the window frame it's easy to install the panels and easy to then remove them when you don't need them on in the summer months. The panels really do keep the room warmer, they reduce condensation forming, and they reduce external noise.

The acrylic windows and very clear and look very smart when fitted stopping drafts completely. They come exactly to the measurements and are easy to fit.

We improved the thermal insulation of steel framed, single glazed, leaded windows for a grade 2 listed property in Kent by fitting 4 and in some cases 5 mm, Acrylic sheets within the wooden window frames by means of 15 mm wide x 1.8 mm thick brown magnetic tape with white colour adhesive backing, what we first fitted to the panels. It so far worked, what heat loss concerns, very well (and also looks) so good what the first phase of this project on ground floor level concerns that we plan to to do all of the other windows on the 1st and some on 3rd floor too.
