Cancelled my order twice but didn’t say why or reply to any emails
Cancelled my order but didn’t say why and didn’t reply to my emails. I then ordered again (it said in stock) and they cancelled my order again. No explanation, no contact. Really poor customer service.

Good price and speedy delivery.
It is difficult to fully review this product as it is not going to be used until Christmas Eve. The product is good value for the size of it, compared to other similar items, and was delivered in good time in discrete packaging, so the recipient (a 6-yr old) doesn't know what is in the parcel.
I reserve the right to edit this summary after we have opened and erected the sleigh.

We have looked into this and your order was delivered on the 14th October via Royal Mail and was handed over to the person who answered the door, so we are a little confused on how you can say you have not received your order.
