Very quick dispatch even though not available in the UK yet came in perfect condition

Good communication and quality of product.

Other than they didn't contact me to say they was going to be a few months delay, which i would have been more than happy to wait, i had to chase them up for my order, they tried to say it went to spam the updated emails, they never did because i got my order email perfectly ok but not the rest how strange. That been said they fulfilled the order and they arrived in spot on condition did my crayola funko pops, they was worth the wait, just a shame they didn't come with free plastic sleeves like some companies do for same price. So the company isn't a scam it’s legit they do overall provide a decent service. Had i not had that issue i would have provided 5*, The lack of communication let them down, maybe thats something they need to work on if funko aren't coming in on preorder dates. Instead of just expecting the customer to know whats going on. Since i did order these in October and release date was November and ive just got them in Feb 2024. Which i know sometimes its not the companies fault with shipping delays .

Ordered a funko pop, it was posted out same day and arrived in perfect condition and really well packaged. Super quick service and a really good price too.

Had to wait too long for items on order,and 2 of them were not like liverpool team nunez and manager klopp I was very disappointed for my grandson I was doing a collection for him

Product is exactly as described.
Delivery was made within 3 days.
Unfortunately the first cut out I received was damaged somewhere in the process. I contacted by email with a photo of the damage and received an email response same day and no-quibble replacement the next day.

Ordered item, but it was cancelled within hours. Despite using Royal Mail they refused to send my item to me as I do not live on the Mainland. Royal mail costs the same wherever you live in the UK. This company clearly have no idea. If you do not post to specific areas, you should state this in your terms and conditions

I found Cutouts & Collectables to be really decent people to deal with. I was kept up to date with my order, they emailed to let me know there would be a slight delay, but my order arrived relatively quickly. My item arrived well packaged and was in excellent condition. The prices of the items are very competative and I do like a bargin. I will definitely consider using them again for future purchases.
