A+ for Customer Support
After placing an order with Cuts, USPS lost my order due to an incorrect shipping address. I reached out to the Cuts support team via email and they responded almost immediately and sent a replacement order. Stuff happens, and I was really grateful Cuts' support team was so quick to get things sorted out!
Best Customer Care Around!
I recently purchased three pairs of the joggers. When they arrived in the mail, one of the pairs was completely different than the other two. The material was different and the fit was totally off. I reached out to the cuts team and got an immediate response back, from their team member JANZ asking me to take a few photos of the pant and the tags. Within two days, I got a response back and JANZ thanked me for my patience and sent me a new pair of pants. There was no arguing back-and-forth. JANZ took my word for what it was and the pictures I sent, And graciously shipped out another pair of pants to me immediately. In my opinion

I've ordered from Cuts several times, and always a big fan of their products. Recently, I had to return a few items and I hadn't received any sort of email confirmation they were processed. In the past I've always received updates, so I figured there was some fluke or it got lost. Alejandro immediately actioned my concern and processed the refund right away. Huge help and quick service. Very grateful.

I have used and ordered from this company for years. Never once have I had an issue. Until recently, I contacted them about my shipment and found out the company DHL has misplaced my package. Cuts is shipping out another shipment at no cost to me. They have great clothes and they are a great company

I have purchased a number of clothing items including shirts, jackets and pants from Cuts Clothing, and the quality of every piece of merchandise has been exceptional. I had to exchange one item recently, and my interaction with Heidi on the customer support team was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I will definitely make additional purchases from Cuts in the future.

The same day I sent the email he responded apologizing for the return department being backed up. He obtained the return for me and sent the refund to my credit card co.

The personalized customer service that this company offers if fantastic. When I mistakenly ordered the wrong color in a pair of pants, they quickly exchanged them. When the new pants came and they were a size small, they exchanged them again. High quality products plus great service for the win!
