Cuts is as good as you’ll find
I have been a Cuts customer for over two years, having made around 100 purchases. I keep buying from Cuts for two reasons, 1) I love the clothing 2) I can buy with confidence knowing that if I need to return an order or there’s an issue with any order I’ve made, the customer service team will take care of me.

Poor quality
I tried posting a review of the “Alpha vest”on their website, but it turns out they don’t allow any negative reviews. I was disappointed with the quality. Especially considering the high price. It’s absurd that they can charge so much for clothing that falls apart. Very suspicious indeed.
Terrible support (UPDATE: But good management)
Terrible support. I tried to change the order (the size of the T-shirts) I placed just 10 minutes ago, but they told me I had to accept the package and return it to them, and only then would they send me a replacement. The support agent even blamed me as if this was somehow my fault.
UPDATE
Finally, they provided a refund and also gave me a discount code for 30 USD. Ordered a new set of T-shirts from them.

Avoid Cuts Clothing if you’re gonna need exchanges and returns. I recently had an experience I’ll never forget. I made a purchase from Cuts Clothing with a payment method of Klarna, but once I figured I needed a bigger size I packaged everything well and contacted Cuts Clothing for exchanges of 3 t-shirts and one return for a refund (pants). They received my request well and they sent me a return label but advices me to use a pickup option to leave the package on my door. But I was a little skeptical just in case they say nobody picked it up and the item is lost. So I decided to take it to FedEx myself and that’s the first disappointment in me for outsmarting their bad idea. So when I tracked the returned items to have been delivered for days Cuts Clothing did not do anything to send exchanges or even notify me for having received the items. I waited for about a week and there was nothing. So I sent the first follow up email and I received no response. I sent another email days later and still nothing. I waited a bit longer around 2.5 weeks post delivery and still nothing. No communication from Cuts Clothing. That’s when I turned to Klarna to help me out with the matter. Klarna paused my payment and reached out to Cuts Clothing but they also did not respond. They asked proof of my claim and I provided all the emails conversation and the purchase proof. At around 3 weeks when I logged into my my Cuts Clothing about Cuts Clothing had deleted my purchase history and it showed something like “you have not made any purchase yet” that buffered me. But when I click on the email with the order I’m able to review the complete order. So I took screenshots and sent them to Klarna because Cuts Clothing was denying my claim as if I’ve not done business with them. After Klarna had reviewed my emails and screenshots they knew Cuts Clothing was lying. So they reported the merchant as Cuts Clothing was not responding to Klarna’s request. Klarna sent me emails requesting evidence or my purchase and the conversation thread I’ve had with Cuts Clothing and the painful part was that each Klarna specialist who looked into my matter requested same information I had provided to each specialist that came before them. I was getting frustrated as I wondered if they ever read notes from their agents who had looked into my issue. After about 6 weeks of battling Cuts Clothing for exchanges and refund the mounting pressure from Klarna and reporting the merchant Cuts Clothing finally released refund for all items returned and did not complete my request for exchanges even though I had paid an extra about $6 for return protection. Nothing hurt me the most than Cuts Clothing acting like my claim was invalid, not responding to anyone contacted them about my claim and deleting my account to try to win this case. So know what you’re getting into when you do business with Cuts Clothing. My simple advice don’t cause yourself headaches trying to do business with them you deserve the respect other merchants show to consumers like you.

They even extended my returns timeline during holiday season and all for no extra charge. This is how customer service should be.

I initially bought the black pleated pant..loved it so much I bought 2 other colors...I bought the wrong size..exchange was seamless. Emails were responded to promptly. Returning was easy and a new pant arrived promptly. Love this timeless, easy wear pant.
