Well first of all I didn’t think it was going to take so long to get my shoes. They kept in touch though reassuring me that they would be here soon. They did show up, and very nice shoes. They were worth the wait. I would order from this company again. The people are very nice and courteous.

These shoes are the most comfortable pair I have ever worn right out of the box. So far my main concern is it took about 3 weeks to get my shoes. The only other concern I have is when playing on courts inside of gymnasiums or community centers, the flooring is more slippery that the court surfaces outside or in PB specific locations. So be aware of the surface type you are playing on. My foot pain has gone away totally from wearing these shoes. I'm a little concerned the fabric they are made from won't last but for the 6 hours I've used them, they are wonderful.

Best Pickleball shoes ever! These shoes are seriously amazing! From the first time I put them on, they were so comfortable that I didn't even need to break them in. They have great support, light weight, and the wide toe area is a total game changer! My toes are not cramped or sore at all. I've worn Sketchers and On Clouds court shoes and honestly these are by far the most comfortable pair I've played in

Very easy to navigate the return process. shoes are awesome just need a larger size.

Muuv pb shoes are amazing to play in . I’m 72 and mostly play with 40 to 50 year olds . These shoes picked up at least 1 step because of weight and extreme comfort. The soles wore a bit quickly but customer support was great . Actually got an email from the owner.

Muuv makes a great court shoe. I've played tennis my whole life, and now pickleball. The balance and stability you have with these shoes is unmatched.

I put on these shoes and they were instantly comfortable. I did not have to get used to them on the court. They are great. I have neuropathy and balance issues so shoes never feel great. I wasn't worried at all about scuffing my feet on the court or rolling my ankles.

I’ve only had the pickleball shoes two days and played numerous game, but the wider toe box feels fantastic. I did put an insole in the shoe for more cushioning since I have plantar fasciitis which also made the shoes feel even better.

You sent me a survey and I haven’t received my shoes yet. In fact, they haven’t even shipped. It’s been 9 days since I ordered. Maybe send me a survey after I actually have received my shoes and have had a chance to wear them!

This review is going to be about their customer support. I have not ordered shoes yet But, based on the personal response I received from an inquiry, I will definitely order a pair as soon as my foot heals from surgery. Keep up the great customer service! Your company will be one that I will definitely recommend to my pickleball group

I love that these shoes do not discriminate. They are unisex. They fit all REAL feet!
As one ages, feet widen and flatten, bunions appear…these Muuv shoes take real feet into consideration and prioritize that! These MUUV shoes, FIT!
They are light and airy and wide enough yet formed enough to really fit my feet.
I’ve had four children and i’m almost 69
Staying active is key to health but, so is comfort.

When I ordered two pairs of Muuv shoes, I did not notice that one of the selections had defaulted back to the default size [not my size] until the final invoice was in my in box. I reached out to Muuv and asked if the order could be corrected prior to shipping, so that both pairs were my size. A few days later, I received multiple emails that the order had been corrected per my request. This was such a relief! Thankful for responsive Customer Service.

They have been very nice about returning the shoes that were too big. Thanks again.

Wore the shoes got the first time today. Played pickleball for three hours and my feet felt great. Plenty of room in the toe box so your feet don’t get crunched from the stopping and starting. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Customer service has been great, it’s nice when a business appreciates your business and opinions.

Shoes are designed for pb. Play 4/5x /wk and go through shoes. They are by far the best I’ve tried. Lightweight and , comfortable and my calves thank you!!

UPDATE: After emailing with them and posting the below review, they reimbursed me for the shoes. I appreciate them making good on their return policy on their website.

I only purchased online as I read on their website it says 30day window for returns and unused. Also, it states they will send a shipping label. When I received I immediately tried them on, they run way too big and wide. So I contacted them to return following their process on their return page on their website. Muuv wrote back saying that because shipping back to Europe (I’m in USA and found them because their ad targeted me… in the US), it’s too expensive to ship so they will offer half back and I can keep the shoes. Shoes I’ll never wear. When it feels like a scam, it probably is a scam. Don’t fall for what I did unless you’re okay rolling the dice if they fit. Probably won’t last long though.
