Couldn't contact them or access app

It was very quick to buy and the best price around. On the day of the policy, they required a photo of the car, by the app kept coming back with a generic error. There was no phone number I could ring and I could only ask an Ai chat bot for help. It said to uninstall the app and then try again, but then the magic link to log in wouldn't work so I couldn't access the policy or even the Ai bot. I just had to drive the car in the hope that I was still covered. I will make sure I use a more straight forward and contactable company next time, even if I have to pay a little extra for that privilege.
