Straightforward car insurance but app photo issue
Used the app to buy car insurance for 1 day. This was very straightforward and impressive. On the day the insurance became active I was asked to take a photo of the car. Despite several attempts and following guidance the photo upload kept failing which was very frustrating and disconcerting. Luckily I didn't need to use the car after all. The photos taken looked good and conditions were bright and sunny so I've no idea what was wrong.

Got the app because my saved quote wouldn’t load on my phone at time of purchase… really cheap insurance just to get the car home, easy to use app. I’m really satisfied with Cuvva and I was truly surprised with how easy it was :D

Well my expierence with this company is not funny at all.
Ive borrow a car from my friend for a couple days or a week.. and bought temp insurance through cuvva..
And i didint understand one question,
it was very complicated question so i didnt understand how i should understand according them..
The thing is that unfortunatelly the vechile was stolen couple days after i bought insurance😒😒😒
And guess what,
After 2-3 months investigation which was very difficult for me, after bunch of complicated questions, interviews for 2 hour by phone...
But its ok nothing wrong with that
i understand,
they have and must to know how it was hapenned everything..
By the way im in loss now -15k£.
For service which i bought and paid full insurance price for that period..
Yes you heard it right. They refuse to pay after months of investigation, they answer was.
We can pay for you 200£ compensation,
What??

So people, guys, be careful with who you have deal with..
Cause for me it was nightmare, definetelly..
My hair become nearly white after expierence with this company, i think they do not deserve a good place like insurance provider.
