i spent 6 hours compiling and uploading the contents of my cv and the a holes would not process my card details on 10 occasions loss of full upload of cv details lost from this complete and permanent losers i issue a warning never to compile upload or spend any time with cv help its not worth the price...AVOID THIS CV COMPANY

Beware of the Monthly Charge
In terms of the CV writing CV help is very good with a good choice of templates and also templates for writing a covering letter.
What is sharp practice is the fact that if you let your subscription renew automatically, they will charge you £17.90/month to keep it going. However, when you go to cancel the subscription before getting automatically charged this, they give you the offer of a reduced rate of £3.00/month to stay on. If they had said it would cost this amount every month in the first place, I would have considered staying on but this sharp practice has put me off CVHelp now completely.

words cannot describe how absolutely devastated I am right now. I took out a subscription in 2021 for £3, called up to cancel it a month later and since I never received an email from them I assumed it had been successfully cancelled. in the past 3 years they have sent me 0 emails about my account. not a single one.
I recently got online banking and have found that they've been charging me £17.90 ever since march 2021. absolutely gutted!
I rang them this morning to ask for a refund and was basically told it was "tough" but he could give me a refund of £8..... for the entire 3 years! He even told me I could reactivate my account for £3 a month, the cheek!
Was able to escalate it to another department and have to wait 2 days for a response, not very hopeful.
to top it all off I never even got a job with that CV I made with them :(
Please save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to get a CV template, learn from my mistake and avoid CV help UK!!

Fraud! Total scam avoidance at all costs. The ad says 100% free. I called in January to improve my CV. I filled out the CV by myself, then I was sent to pay 1.90 pounds. I paid this, but they kept my bank details and for four months stole 17.90 pounds from my card every month. Even if I didn't call them again. I didn't even sign any contract with them for the duration. They didn't even let me know when they stole the money and why, even if they had my email. I only found out on April 26 that they were deducting 17.90 from me every month. I contacted them and they told me that I have an agreement with them. But I didn't sign anything with them, and I only had one entry on their website. I told them in two days to return the money to my card again, otherwise I am suing them, because they were stealing the money from my account against my will. Be careful, it's a total scam!
