I sent my cv for the free review and they have been honest! Totally agree with whar they pointed out and they gave me lots of suggestions as a guide to update it myself if i wanted to. I had couple of other questions and i received a reply to my email within the same say, so for me the total experience has absolutely been fantastic. I would recommend it!

Sent off my CV for a free review and received excellent feedback that was individual to me! I replied back to ask for more advice and they were more than happy to help! 100% recommended!

Shocking company! Do not use. They are a scam.

They take more than five days to answer an email.

Still waiting for a Linkedin profile more than two weeks after my order, and my writer has gone AWOL.

Paid for the rush service but did not get it.

Customer service finally replied and ignores all of my complaints.

This site is helpful for me. The reason for this is because this gives me a chance to understand and appreciate this opportunity to go to a great collage! Another reason for this is that it gives me a chance to meet new people and to make new friends

This company offers honest and helpful feedback on the cv that I wrote. Really helped me out as I am new to the working world. Very high recommendations if you are seeking help in your cv choice making

So far it seems good. I am sure my cv could have done with some work on it and cv knowhow told me so. I'm not prepared to pay for cv writer though.
I've seen some negative reviews but I guess you get what you want to get out these things. If you want to change you will.

My CV was sent to them for free review when I signed up to CV Library. As a recruitment consultant, I have extensive experience with CVs but was curious to see what they would say. As expected, they tore my CV to shreds. They use the free review as a way to pull people in and then sell them a service they definitely do not need. Any recruitment company will format your CV for you if you sign up with them or there are infinite online articles you can use for free. Do not fall for this.

This is the worst service I have ever used.
Not only did they not deliver what I asked for, They did not even go much beyond copying and pasting my notes to a template CV. The second draft was no attempt beyond this cut and paste job.
I don't normally review, but I felt I had to as I paid a lot of money for a CV and cover letter, and was treated in a dismissive way. I had to wait 3 months for them to bother to deliver. I asked for a refund and they did not respond. As my original CV gets me an interview every time, I was hoping for a professional job, as CV knowhow had originally informed me my CV was out of date.
Don't use this service, it's a complete rip off.

Do not use. I paid £200 for the premium package and my CV arrived for review. They had chopped most of my skills and experience, had little or no understanding of my job title, role and how to write a CV for my skill set. The grammar was poor, spelling mistakes and simply made no sense in some areas. Tried to get a refund, no success, ignored all my emails.

Good experience and valuable advice received for free. My CV was evaluated against various criteria, including formatting, content, skills and ATS compatibility.
I was really pleased to see constructive feedback and appreciate the points drawn to my attention, which challenges the layout of my CV, having the focus on the main strengths that it should have.
The CV prepared should be well thought through to catch the eye of a potential employer and give you a chance to succeed in finding the right job opportunity.

Generally the review was incredibly helpful and opened my eyes in a sense. This was my first CV so i wasnt aware of many of the mistakes I made however the review honestly pointed out where my mistakes were and how i could improve. On the same day I got my review i improved my CV and as a result I am now getting back more replies to jobs i am applying for. If you feel unsure on how great your CV is get these guys to check it out because you are guranteed some words of advice back which will help you.
