I've now ordered from CVP multiple times and without fail all of my equipment / orders were delivered on time without any damage or any items missing from boxes. I've also been finding myself making the most of discounted pricing on CVP, for example on my Sony FX30 I saved myself £250.

Good product and communication. One small thing but feel the whole item was overpackaged.

I could order an ancient Ming dynasty vase and it would come with less protection.

However, this is probably a first world problem.

I all ways receive the order quickly. My only gripe is the web site search is becoming less usefully, this was always a big plus and why I like using CVP but now if I want to look for v lock battlies it mixes in lots of other thing and I can't find the selection o clock to see which I want. But maybe I am just getting old and can't use technogly any more.

Sometimes you need kit quick and reliable and dispatched and delivered with a minus of fuss and maximum certainty. That's every time with CVP!

Speedy response to any questions before making a purchase and all items delivered on time. Prices are good - couldn't find any items I was after cheaper elsewhere.

I ordered a fairly difficult to obtain item. CVP not only accepted the order but gave me regular updates on the progress of it. The item took a long time to become available from the distributor and I expect many companies would have just cancelled the order after a couple of months. CVP persisted though and eventually the item arrived. Nice work, CVP!
