The lens arrived promptly when it said it would and it is everything that it was represented to be. I was able to take it out on a short trip and it performed beautifully. I love this lens (24-105mm f/4 Sony G ) I already have plans for another trip to use it on.

Customer service was great and selection of merchandise was a breeze and description of item/s we clearly explained or described. Should have ordered the Sony FE200-600 for my wife’s camera before getting the panoramic. Truly enjoyed all the inventory KEH had to list. Kinda like a kid in a candy store.😂. Received my lens was in much better condition than expected it was like new. Price was great. Also was supposed to receive it between 5 to 7 business days, ordered it on Easter Sunday and received it by Wednesday. Not my first time purchasing from them, in the past I’ve also sold a camera to them and ended up getting more for the camera than they quoted. Will continue to keep shopping for all my camera needs at KEH.

I traded a lot of gear towards a new system. I received more money after the evaluation than the estimate originally projected. I took advantage of the trade-in bonus and put that toward a higher end lens.

The body and lens I bought was in much better condition than I had thought. All around great experience which is nice when you're dealing with thousands of dollars of gear on both sides of the transaction.

To anyone reading this: Save your boxes! You'll typically get more on trade and those of us that buy feel better knowing if someone cared enough to save the original box then they most likely took care of their gear.

I ordered a camera lens rated as ‘Like New minus’ for a price a little over half of what it was new. It was shipped quickly and arrived two days earlier than originally estimated. It was very well protected and was undamaged in shipping. It looks ‘Like New’ to me. It functions perfectly and has totally clear optics. I am very happy with everything about this purchase!

The lens I bought arrived in like new condition and the price was right. The only reason why I dropped a star from this review was although I continued to receive adds from KEH, I did not get any update about when my package would arrive, or any way to check on it.

I recently purchased a camera body with a couple attachments from KEH in excellent condition. True to their word, it is indeed in excellent condition, especially for a camera made in 1974. Mechanisms like the bellows and levers work just fine and it only shows a minor amount of use from previous owners. I will be purchasing from KEH again in the future as I continue to build my dream camera.

I am so impressed with my experience. Ordering was easy, but better than that was the shipping and product! I can’t believe how nice the camera is - even better quality than described. The KEH team is helpful, fair, and knows so much about every piece of photographic equipment and accessory imaginable. Got into a whole slew of new gear at a great value. It was a pleasure... and sense we will be doing business for years to come.

Only caveat, the in-store experience is more camera bar than a browse-and-buy, so it is helpful to have a good general idea of what you are looking for when you arrive.

The lens I purchased is perfect. Not a scratch or a spec of dust that I can find. And sharp as a tac.
