Robert’s and UsedPhotoPro are Fantastic to Work With.

I literally order and preorder all of camera gear from Robert’s or UsedPhotoPro (Robert’s used department). Their used gear is very well described and well priced. Their new gear ships fast, and they always have a $0 invoice to preorder. When I bought my X100VI, my Sony A7V, and my Sigma 17-40mm f1.8 I preordered through them, and it was very easy.

I am a professional wedding, portrait and event photographer so it’s critical that if I need something, delivery turn around can be fast. They have always been great.

Customer service

Customer service. They answered the phone and talked to me like a friend and went above and beyond to help fix my issue even though it was 100% my fault.

Every time we visit Robert’s camera…

Every time we visit Robert’s camera it’s a great experience! Today we popped in the used camera side. Jake went out of his way to make sure everyone he came in contact with was treated with outstanding customer service, including my son and I. Thankful to have Robert’s Camera so close to home!

Poor inventory management

I purchased a high-value used camera online, only to be told the following day that it wasn’t actually available. Order was “canceled and refunded”, but my funds are tied up while the charges are reversed—setting me back further on my search.
