No Communication and professionalism
On Thursday, December 4th, our boiler broke down, and around 20:00 we contacted service (as per website states that you are available 24/7). The person we spoke to on the phone told us that they would get in touch with the nearest technician and call us back. Later that evening, we communicated with the technician via the WhatsApp application, and he told us that he could come on Friday morning between 9:00 and 12:00. On Friday, December 5th, we sent him several messages but received no reply, so we called their main number again to get information. During our first call (at 12:14), the representative said they would check and call us back immediately. When we did not receive any update, we called again at 12:51. We explained the situation once more, and this time we were told that the technician was sick. When I asked why we had not been informed earlier, the representative responded in a disrespectful tone, saying, “The technician is sick, what can we do!” I said that I understood he was sick, but I just wanted to know why no one had informed us, especially when we had already contacted you. The representative, with an indifferent attitude, simply said, “We are very busy,” and tried to brush off the issue. it was 5 degree outside and friday noontime. everbody knows that you cant arrange any service after that point whole weekend.
