We initially had no other option and despite our mistrust because the reviews, we moved ahead. We asked all questions to the point of being annoying but they remained patient and solved our broken boiler without a hitch.
Fraudulent company. They did solve my issue but they charged €700 more than a normal price. No contact to resolve.

I had an issue with the radiator not getting warm. They sent over the technician. Immediately charged hundreds of Euros but the problem is not solved.
They promise to call the technician to come over but he never does. My calls don't go through to the technician.
