ONly wish is that they would provide some type of statement maybe once every 6 months and also the option to paid back early. Other than that this is a great company to deal with.

Our request for payment deferral was considered and resolved in a quiet reasonable time and very professional manner.

Horrible company. I’ve been paying $1600/month for 2yrs. I defaulted past 2 months, due to non essential businesses not allowed to operate. After several attempts requesting to learn my interest rate ... (a simple basic question I’ve been asking for 2yrs and no straight answer) and trying to negotiate a lower payments. They refused to forgive a single payment during this pandemic and refused to negotiate a lower payment. Instead I was sent a demand letter, and given 7 days to pay $35,000, or return my equipment I spent 2yrs paying for. I’ve spent $38,400 in payments so far, the equipment was $50,000. Where is this magic money going to come from if Canadians aren’t allowed to operate non essential businesses?!! This company can’t be legally allowed to trap me this badly. How are they helping Canadian businesses, when they are causing so much damage to my business ?!! Always a run around with this company. One rep says I’m paying $200/month insurance in the equipment. Another rep says the $200 is for taxes. The number do not match up!! I want answers. I’ve been requesting my exact interest rate for 2yrs. I have every right to know. This company fails to provide me with details, or negotiate. It’s not ok.
