I ordered 5 'My Pond' MS300
I ordered 5 'My Pond' MS300, upon using three of them 2 of the sealant tubes had set half way down, and were therefore unusable.
It would appear unpon examination that the product had leaked at the base, causing the sealant to solidify.
I have 2 remaining, which I am loath to use in case they also have this fault
I note that the base of the tube is stamped 'PRO 20/09/2023'
I would much appreciate a partial refund.

You said your very old sealant gun may be the culprit as the sealant wouldn't fully cure as you've mentioned, we never heard back so assume everything is now fine?
