It has become a painful experience…

It has become a painful experience trying to return the boots I ordered which are so big. I am always a size 6 but these are at least a size 7. I’m still waiting for ‘authorisation’ to return them. It’s a very odd system of returns.

Never again

I ordered a pair of boots and after weeks of not receiving them and no communication from the company whatsoever, I got the refund that I never requested. Funnily, those boots are still available in my size on cwen's website. Ridiculous!!!

Total 180!

The boots I ordered are beautiful and well made, I love them but they don’t fit and I need to send them back. The only way I can do this is to complete a form online that has been inaccessible since the day the boots arrived. I only have 7 days left for my return and have no clue where to send them back to! I’ve emailed customer services more than once and heard nothing!!! I’ve ordered from Cwen before and love the products, I even had a lovely email apologising that this order was delayed. Now I feel let down and concerned that I won’t be able to get a refund. My opinion of the company and their feeling towards me as a customer seem to have done a complete 180!

Is this company a scam?

Awaiting delivery for a pair of boots. Have contacted them 3 times via email and a DM on IG. No response. Non-existent customer services and no boot delivery.

Horrendous

Horrendous. I bought a pair of boots via two different sites paying CWEN £234 in total. I waited over 2 weeks and still no response from the CWEN. I went on the CWEN website and submitted a request for customer service to contact me asking for an update or a refund. When that didn't work i used their "chat". No reply. I have screenshots of my msgs with 0 communication from CWEN they left in the lurk but they were more than happy to take my money withing 24hours of placing the order. It maddens me that businesses like this are allowed to operate.

It was only when I raised a claim that CWEN responded otherwise I have no doubt I wouldn't have seen my cash or the boots.

I will never order from CWEN again. What a nightmare. That was my first and last. Stay well clear! Bunch of cowboys waiting to take your hard earned cash.

Take a look at some of the reviews on here, people have left reviews in 2023 and CWEN have replied in 2024 - i think that says it all really!

Not happy with customer service

I ordered black boots and they took a while to arrive only to be too big, I’m normally size 7 but these were more like an 8
I requested a refund a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing despite having sent a couple of emails
Customer service is useless

Lovely boots

Lovely boots, just not in line with regular sizing. I'm usually a 41 and the 40 was too big.

The refund process however takes too long. My return item was received on 9th Sept and as at the 20th Sept I'm still waiting for my refund. Luckyly I paid by PayPal so I know it will eventually be sorted.... but never again...

Quick resolution of issue…

Thank you for resolving the problem with my order so efficiently and quickly. I am disappointed that I have not been able to complete a purchase on this occasion as the shoes I received were clearly of excellent quality but not the correct size. When the correct size is available again I shall be reordering.

We got charged 2X for shoes that were never delivered

We got charged for shoes that were never shipped on order #1249 and they said the order got refused by the bank. But we got charged. Then I reordered through my credit card with order #1250 and there is no way to track the order and we can not get confirmation. Charged twice and no shoes yet. DO we trust this company? Is it real or a SCAM?

Unfortunately with your order, our system detected fraud and the transaction was marked “as suspicious “due to the shipping address being 4000 miles from the billing address. Following the event, we cancelled the transaction immediately. You placed another order using a different name, a different card and a DIFFERENT size and again the system classed this transaction as fraudulent/suspicious. After sorting this out and explaining politely to you, we had a back-and-forth communication about the style of the shoes and the wedding date you needed them for. After calculating the shipping time we decided not to take a risk, as 99% we would not be able to deliver it on time from the UK to the USA, so we had to cancel and refund the transaction having your instructions.
We have put our best endeavours into assisting you with the order in the most secure and safest way. It is frustrating for us to be called “fraud” considering the circumstances given above.
