Used this auction for the 1st and last time. Brought 2 lots that had 3 items damaged or repaired emailed and rang company to be told sold as seen nothing they can do. No damage listed on condition reports/ description. As an online bidder I feel it's very unfair to hide the fact that goods are damaged or repaired it should be stated in the description.
Will not under any circumstances use again and highly don't recommend!
I rang to arrange collection they said shut at 12 I set off in good time but the m62 was closed so had literally arrived at 11.55am to moaning staff so I didn't get to inspect the items properly on site.

I am disappointed to see your one star review following your purchase of two lots at our auction that ended on 27th April.
When I called you back yesterday, following your email, I did explain that there had been opportunity to view the sale in person prior to bidding. We understand that not all potential bidders are able to attend in person to view which is why we also give the option of requesting further information or images prior to placing a bid. These requests can be made directly through the bidding platforms. This particular auction was published online on 2nd April giving bidders over three weeks to ask for additional information.
During our conversation you did acknowledge that the online lot images did show the damage in question.
With regard to collection; we did accommodate your request to pick up this week, after the published auction collection deadline and, as you mention, we did let you know that the saleroom closes from 12 noon to 1 pm each day. Your delay on the motorway resulted in you arriving just before we closed for lunch, but the saleroom team did get your lots for you before they took their break.
We take client reviews very seriously, and I have spoken to the members of the team who dealt with your collection and answered your phone calls in an effort to investigate this fully.
