On April 9
On April 9, 2026, I deposited $102 and made a profit of $522. Then, on April 10, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $604, but the withdrawal was denied, my trading account was suspended, and I was unable to withdraw from the entire account. Afterwards, I received an email stating that I had violated the user terms. This was sent to me. Please be advised that after reviewing the activity in your trading account, we have found that there are trades which were executed based on Latency Arbitrage. This trading style is identified as abusive to the standard execution rules in the CFD market. After that, I asked my account manager about it, as I hadn't heard of this before. He told me that the rule requires my trades to start at a loss, which I don't understand, and he refused to withdraw the funds. He then deposited the remaining amount. I have $603 in my account after my withdrawals were stopped and my trading account was suspended. They withdrew $1125 and my profit. This condition or rule This is incomprehensible

CXM flag my account without clear justification
I would like to share my experience with CXM Direct to warn other traders.
I had been trading normally on my account and generated profits through standard trading strategies. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, CXM Direct suddenly flagged my account and withheld my profits.
They claimed that my trading activity was “abusive” or involved so-called “toxic flow,” but they have not provided any concrete evidence, trade analysis, or specific examples to support this accusation.
Instead, they asked me to sign a “Guarantee Letter.”
After reviewing the document, it clearly requires me to:
Admit that I violated their trading policies
Acknowledge that my profits were gained improperly
Accept that they have the right to withhold funds
This is extremely concerning because:
👉 I have never been shown any proof of wrongdoing
👉 Yet I am being asked to sign a document that effectively admits guilt
I have formally requested:
Detailed evidence of the alleged violations
Specific trades in question
The exact terms I supposedly breached
So far, no sufficient response has been provided.
I believe this practice is unfair and lacks transparency. Traders should be aware that profits may be withheld without clear justification, and clients may be pressured into signing documents that waive their rights.
I will continue to pursue this matter and escalate it if necessary.

CXM Direct removed my trading profit…
CXM Direct removed my trading profit after NFP trading – 1591 USD
I would like to share my experience with CXM Direct so that other traders can be aware.
My MT5 account: 645997
I traded XAUUSD during the Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) news release. My positions were opened approximately 4 hours before the news event and were closed after the market moved.
This is a normal trading strategy based on market volatility during major economic releases.
My trading history clearly shows:
• Positions were opened several hours before the news
• Trades were held under normal market conditions
• My account contains both winning and losing trades
Despite this, CXM Direct applied a manual balance adjustment labeled:
“Toxic Trading ADJ – 1591.80 USD”
This removed my legitimate trading profit.
When I contacted support, they claimed that my trading involved “leverage abuse” and “toxic trading”. However, they did not provide any specific evidence, technical explanation, or identification of the trades that allegedly violated their rules.
Later, CXM told me I could withdraw the remaining balance, but with the condition that withdrawing funds would mean I accept their decision and waive my right to complain.
I find this condition very concerning.
I am simply asking CXM Direct to provide clear evidence of the alleged violation or restore the removed profit.
I hope CXM will review this case fairly and resolve it transparently.
--- UPDATE AFTER CXM RESPONSE ---
Thank you for your response.
However, your reply remains vague and fails to address the core issue.
I would also like to clarify that I have already contacted your support team via email prior to posting this review. During that process:
* I was not provided with any concrete evidence
* I was pressured to accept your decision
* I was told I could withdraw the remaining balance only if I accepted your conclusion and waived my right to dispute
This is highly concerning and unacceptable.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter privately, CXM has refused to provide transparency while proceeding to remove my entire trading profit (1591.80 USD) without proper justification.
This is the reason I have brought this case to Trustpilot and shared my experience with the trading community — to ensure transparency and warn other traders.
Once again, you claim that my trading activity was classified as “abusive trading” based on a “combination of factors,” yet you have still not provided:
* Any specific evidence
* Any identified trades that allegedly violated your rules
* Any clear reference to the exact clause in your Terms & Conditions
I am requesting a clear and direct answer:
1. Which exact trades are considered “abusive”?
2. Which specific clause did I violate? (please quote it)
3. What concrete evidence supports your decision?
If you are unable to provide this information, I will proceed with further escalation to relevant regulatory authorities and continue to publicly document this case.
I am still willing to resolve this matter, but only based on transparency and verifiable facts.
