Police guidance helped
One thing to keep in mind is that without involving the police, progress can be limited. They guided me on this early on, and although I didn’t fully understand at first, it turned out to be an important step.

They are genuine...the only challenge is the minimum limit of money scammed from any victim to be worked on which is high, leaving out victims of small money scams technically knocked out

I contacted cyberclaims looking for help. And they turned out to be helpful They conducted an investigation and immediately traced my funds. Their lawyer is recovering my funds, and we've already frozen a portion of them. I'm very confident. Thank you very much.

I got scammed off almost 50 grand, I hired a hacker before, was a waste of time. So I started searching for alternatives and was not sure if there are any to be honest. I found cyberclaims, they appeared to be a PI company, so I chose them among others and ended up paying 4 grand for their services. Pretty expensive in my opinion. They did the job, they were able to run a dispute for me and get some money back. However, they do not bust real criminals, that’s disappointing…
