They delivered the tracing report in 2 weeks. Absolute professionals from start to finish, and I’m feeling really grateful for the way they’ve handled everything so far. I dealt with them regarding 2 cases of fraud - they ran the investigation perfectly. Unfortunately, when it came to a dispute, it turned out to be way more complicated than I expected. We pushed the case through, but it caused some hustle for me too. I expected them to cover the services 100%, but it turned out case required my involvement as well.

Darren was professional, transparent and not at all sales like. I was given enough information and links to verify the validity of the organisation which was my first concern seeing this organisation on a Facebook ad. I was not able to justify the tracing costs, risking money not being recovered at this time.

Just the fact that I could understand the guy at the other end really well and that he was cheerful and ready to help was enough to give a five-star rating!
