Disappointed with the service
Disappointed with the service as a whole and specifically with the Windows app (antivirus never worked no matter what I did) and technical support either via email or via chat (basically useless).
Subscription is cheap so you get what you pay.

Only downside is that some servers are blocked by ISPs and you have to spend time testing each one of them...

Easy to use
Easy to use. Super fast and once the app is in the phone or tablet it goes without problems.
The only minus was that Google regularly blocked the connection. I changed to duck duck go and all problems were gone.

Ease of set up and use, and the ability to use it on multiple devices. I like the ability to change server locations. Transparency is important to me and there No-Logs policy is a big plus. CyberGhost VPN is priced competitively too

The hotline service was excellent
The hotline service was excellent. Immediate response, even from a human after short AI.Its to early to make comments about the actual vpn service, but so far so good. Only one time, a webpage refused to open, because of " unusual traffic " from this ip. After switching off the vpn it worked normal.

More days NOT working, than working
This VPN had way too many days, periods where it did NOT work. It cut off completely my internet connection.
Stoped using this VPN a year before my subscription stoped.

BE AWARE WHEN YOU BUY THIS!!!
You'll get:
- A you have the problem so fix it yourself "customer service".
- A VPN that mostly just does not work.
- Losing a tremendous amount of time because you will often be busy fifteen to 30 minutes getting internet often just opting for closing off Cyberghost and go on the internet without just because you just don't want to go to the whole remove and re-install process again.
Using Cyberghost is like living in a nightmare, losing valuable time on a daily basis. People saying that this program work flawlessly on the background are probably really not aware that they are on the internet without VPN because the Killswitch seldom works. Next to this most servers Cyberghost has are recognized by websites so you will be switching between servers constantly while browsing the internet if it works.
You need to watch this VPN constantly, so the first thing you need to do when starting up your computer is check if Cyberghost is working. If the counter doesn't go up you'll know it doesn't and this will happen on a daily basis.
Then you need to restart your PC several times and hope it will work. If it doesn't you need to remove Cyberghost from your computer and restall it again. If you are lucky it will work one or two days.
I'll be so happy when i finally can say goodbye to this program from Hell.
Reading the reviews here, I can only hope that I can get rid of this program, Ending your subscription is a nightmare and after you did all traces of it are removed so you'll have no prove and this company is well known to charge you anyway and put the blame on you (as they also do when you have problems)
Edit: And again after no internet connection at all via VPN I decided to uninstall again and Cyberghost completely f-ed op my wifi connection so that I didn't had internet at all and i was busy over an hour to get it working again. I'm done. I'm going to find myself working VPN.
