Poor service
I have beeb using their services for more than 5 years now. Generally, okay service but streaming is terrible. They do have some dedicated streaming servers but keep in mind that most likely their are known by service providers and black listed, so no streaming :/
I am disappointed. I had several conversations with the support which yielded in no action. Not going to renew my subscription.

Steer Clear, It doesn't Work
Been using cyberghost for a few years, and there was always something broken with it ! Seems like every few weeks I had to completely uninstall it then re install it ! Then I was always in system settings changing things to try and get it to work ! In the end, the support team just terminated my contract, gave me a portion of my money back, and deleted my account. WHY ? Because they couldn't get it to work !!! STEER CLEAR ! Crappyghost would be a better name !

It’s your money, be aware
CyberGhost is general alright. Easy logon, also while travelling, but not always. I had some problems in the beginning, but it was solved. Unfortunately, sometimes I simply had to take the VPN off, as the internet connection didn’t work. Also not after being in contact with their technical service. The 1st 2year contract offer is fine, price wise, but watch out their automatic renewal. Suddenly the dedicated IP cost $90 and the VPN $175. The chat man said it renewal is for 1year. Once I cancelled my subscription renewal, I received the once and only offer of $2.05 p/month. Calculate that! So please, watch out their automatic renewal. It’s easy earned money for CyberGhost.

Hours of wasted time, poor service and inadequate support
I was exited to see how many countries they support, however it turns out that many of them are unavailable. If you try to connect to Kazakhstan, it says you are connected but the ip is in Bulgaria. Support plays dumb and send you on a wild goose chase to sign up for some account to check where the ip address is. Hours of wasted time is all I got from my subscription.

Simple to set up
Simple to set up, and add other devices, accessed all the places i needed to, and straightforward to use. Unfortunately needed to move away from using a vpn, and leaving cyber ghost was very straightforward too.

The VPN service from CG is average and…
The VPN service from CG is average and as I discovered did not work in China like some other competitors, since I had to purchase an alternative.
The service was automatically renewed without any warning of renewal or price change etc. I did not want to renew and have now been stuck with the payment for a service I will not use. I requested a refund and was refused. Dreadful customer service and average product.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with CyberGhost.
My subscription was automatically renewed for two years without my consent. I never intended to resubscribe, and more importantly, I did not receive any prior email or notification warning me that the renewal was about to happen.
This kind of practice feels misleading and lacks transparency. For a long-term commitment like this, customers should at the very least be clearly informed in advance and given the opportunity to cancel.
I have contacted support to request a cancellation and refund, but this situation should not happen in the first place.
Be careful with auto-renewal settings if you are using this service.

Works great, limit to few devices. Pricing unclear.
For the most part it works great and has many server options. The limit to only 7 devices is kinda low though. My biggest complain is that the pricing is not clear (it says a price per year in the main page and then a price per 2 years in the terms of renewal at checkout). Then, I was charged more than I expected at renewal without notice. I contacted support and they were not helpful.
