Monopolized Gatekeeper makes crappy gatekeepers

This is what is wrong with MONOPOLIES!!! Any NPO dealing with them, I'm sorry, there is no other way to get Walmart Grants as well as a plethora of others! I hope this changes! I would prefer to go to each individual company and ask them then to deal with these companies that don't even let you know who are the companies they work with!! UGH
Cybergrants works with Frontdoor and they are all under another one and I can't remember the name but they have done NPOs dirty with this! Ugh, I lost my YEAR because they couldn't tell me that the proof I sent wasn't "sufficient". I got the 501c3 in Early November and TechSoup, and all the other ones gave me updates, I even got Google Ads up and running for 2 weeks before finding out that my information wasn't enough. They kept giving a automated response and in that response was a threat "Most requests will receive a response within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends/holidays.
*Please note that submitting duplicate support requests can cause longer response times. All inquiries are answered in the order they are received"
so I waited the first 10 days and nothing and I can't access the site so I can't see what's wrong, and the customer service doesn't exist! I had to reply that I need to speak with a person! A representative a someone to tell me why it's been over a month and nothing!! Absolutely horrid experience and I hope the companies stop using CyberGrants and FrontDoor. They are a waste of time and money for the companies and lost opportunities for the NPOs.
Who knows what they will do to screw me over even more if I give them my real email!

No support...Zero...Nothing

No support...Zero...Nothing

I am a consumer of Cybergrants. Look at either their website or on a consumer page if you are a subscriber of their service. Lots of hype, promises and colorful vignettes. BUT? No customer support link. No telephone, website, email, carrier pigeon or telegraph way of getting human support after the sale. Really, as a company you are looking to save a buck. As an end user of the product it is void of humanity.

Just another day at the office.

More complex and complicated

Their programs are more complex and complicated that continuous supervision from them is needed for at least a few months. The problem is, they don't give it much time and attention when they're already done doing business with you.

Not for employees

While there are many opportunities to contribute to make a difference, there are equally number of old school employees and managers qho are stuck in their positions and don't allow progress. There is no fair opportunity for job growth based on qualifications. Overall, this place is soul-crushing and creates disastrous opportunities for career growth.
