I tried to complain Cybex Anoris, but Cybex wants to take the seat and repair the electronic problem. I have to use the seat every day and the customer service can’t offer me any assistance to solve this.

Item marked shipped, but no Fedex tracking.
Called eventually to be told not sure where the items are.
They opened an investigation with fedex, who told them they didnt have the item.
Cybex then decided to open another investigation.
No time frames.
No use.
No help talking to supervisors (the phone line just rings and then the same person picks up and says they're not reachable).
Luckily ordered with Amex. Disputed and issued charge back for the £1000+ order.
Hands down the worst experience I've ever had.
It is not my problem you lost the item. It is a problem for you and Fedex. Just let me cancel the order and go buy from a company who knows how to operate.

'We contacted FedEx as soon as we were made aware' means as soon as I called to ask where the items were. They had no idea it was missing on their side/not shipped.
Judging by other comments here if you as a customer don't chase them it will be weeks before you realise the item was never even sent, even though you paid for it.
Appreciate the reply, and confirmed yes you processed a refund (but I had already received money back from Amex).

I would like to express my disappointment with this product. We purchased the cybex mios platinum pack with the car seat and stroller. To my disappointment, my 18 month old cannot fit in it. She’s only under 10kg and very petite but even with this, the straps are too small to allow her to be strapped in. Manufacturer spec stated 0-4 years old but it’s an absolute lie! You would be lucky if a one year old can fit in it. I wish we knew better I would have been better off with a dooner, one for its cost effectiveness and two for its versatility. I would definitely not recommend or buy again.

I have bought e priam, premium stroller from this brand. After two months, the sway doesn’t work and the store that I have bought and also Cybex don’t want to give me replacement stroller until this one is repaired. They say they will check out in 15 days what is wrong with those. I wonder how can I go around carry baby because of their bad production or should I buy another stroller while they are repairing those. I spent over €5000 on the equipment, everything from CYBEX and everything is premium. And this is their response.

I love Cybex strollers. For the first 6 month I used Priam with bassinet for my baby. Right now we are traveling so I use Coya, which is the best stroller for traveling also very stylish.
My 3 star review only for my online shopping experience and not the product itself.
I ordered bumper, rain cover and cup holder online. 10 days have passed and I still didn’t get the products (which I could buy at a retailer store with next day delivery!)
FedEx delivery (tnt) is disappointing. When buying directly from you, you don’t pay 30-50 % (or even more) commission to a retailer, so I would expect you to choose a better delivery method. I would not be buying any longer directly at your online store, I rather shop at John Lewis, Harrods or other baby shops.

Please be careful when shopping on cybex. Some time ago I made an order for £230. Delivery was scheduled for last week. Unfortunately the item did not arrive, the delivery date was changed without my knowledge - I did not receive any email informing me of any delay. Customer service on WhatsApp replied to my message saying that the package was still in the same place - the package was stuck at the border. Customer service on Facebook replied that it was not their fault and they had nothing to do with it. They do not reply to my subsequent messages when I can expect delivery or how I can get a refund. The customer service telephone number does not answer. I also sent an email to which I never got a reply. Today I received an email recommending their items and expressing the hope that I like their car seat, which I never received. I lost my money, the delivery date on the tracking page is unknown. The service is scandalous and unprofessional.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected that instead.
Customer service have no idea how to help you, follow up deliveries etc. The website states 4-5 working days! Yet delivery takes weeks! If you really want a Cybex product, find it on another website and order it through them. NOT directly with Cybex as the after sale service is atrocious and you won’t get your delivery for weeks.
I am highly disappointed and to be offered zero communication or help resolving my shipment matter, I will never order from them again.

It does everything I hoped it would do. The magnet feature is totally useless because the magnet is weak but that’s alright. Also the latch feature could be better. I prefer a direct connection at the base for stability but It’s safe, comfortable, and looks great! I love it!

⚠️ I ordered my car seat on 25th May, delivery was meant to be 4-5 days as stated on the website. Almost 3 weeks later still no items have been delivered. No one called to say there have been issues etc. I have called twice to find out what’s happening and no one was able to be helpful. Now with my baby due I have to rush around and buy a new one, forking out more money. Not how I want to be ending my pregnancy journey, with more stress and less money. I will be returning the items when they’re delivered or ensuring AMEX back charge the £1500 I spent on the cybex website.
Clearly from other reviews this is a common issue, so I don’t understand why Cybex can’t change the delivery time to 8 weeks or something more ridiculous but acceptable, so customers aren’t disappointed.

Just awful. I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I still haven’t received it, despite purchasing over a month ago. When the item didn’t arrive within the anticipated delivery window, I expected some correspondence from Cybex to advise the delay, but nothing. Since calling customer services to follow up, I’m told is that my case has been forwarded to another department and I can’t be given any further information on when I can expect the product, why it’s still not arrived and that I cannot request a refund. For such a reputable brand, I would never have expected this. Would not recommend.

I spent £2,000 with Cybex. Half of my order has been missing for weeks. Cybex are unable to even confirm if it has been shipped. Their support team takes HOURS to respond on chat and then simply dismisses your problem a few minutes before they shut the chat lines off. What's app support is also just as bad.
I'm going to be issuing a charge-back and recovering my funds.
When you sell products made for children you really need to do better. Deliver on time, handle complaints seriously and train your support team.

⚠️ My Honest Experience with CYBEX – £1585 Gone, No Product, No Refund, No Accountability
I want to share this so other parents don’t go through what we did.
On 04 May 2025, I placed an order on the CYBEX online store for a full pushchair bundle worth £1585 — all items showed “in stock” and the site promised delivery in 5 days.
It’s now the end of May, and despite:
• Dozens of emails and phone calls
• A formal PayPal complaint
• Reviews on Trustpilot and Google
• Multiple social media comments and messages
…I still have no products, no refund, and nothing but copy-paste replies blaming FedEx or an “internal investigation.”
Meanwhile, my baby arrived on 03 June, and we were forced to repurchase the entire system from Mamas & Papas — who, by the way, delivered the whole thing in 2 days even though it wasn’t in stock. That’s what real service looks like.
CYBEX’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced — no ownership, no urgency, no care. What’s even more insulting? They respond to positive comments and reviews but completely ignore real problems like mine.
I’ve made it clear:
We don’t want the products anymore.
We want our money back, and we want compensation for the stress and time they’ve wasted.
This has been an absolute nightmare during what should’ve been a joyful time. If you’re thinking of ordering directly from CYBEX — don’t. Buy from a trusted retailer, not a brand that vanishes when things go wrong.

HELP!!
We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service we have received regarding our recent purchase of the e-Gazelle S.
From the moment we received the product, the electric system was not functioning and the buggy could not be folded. We reported this issue three months ago, and we were told that the buggy would be collected for repairs. However, to this day, nothing has happened and we have received no meaningful follow-up.
For the past month, we have called your customer service every single day, only to be told the same thing over and over again: "We have not heard back from the maintenance team, and we will escalate your case." Despite these repeated assurances, absolutely no progress has been made.
We are now at our wits' end. Our baby is due this month, and we urgently need a functioning buggy. This situation is completely unacceptable.
