We invested in Cybex for it supposedly being a premium, quality and luxury brand.
We bought the Cybex Travel system and after only 3 years of normal use and being in our second child now, the leather handles on the Priam have begun peeling and are unsightly.
When raising this with Cybex support and repairs, outside of the 2 year warranty, we have been advised to have it professionally reupholstered at our own cost.
You pay more for premium goods for their build quality and to last longer. Cybex unfortunately does not meet this mark.
We look after our items and don’t even travel with this pram - we have a separate folding travel pram.

End of May (8 wks ago) I paid ~$1000 for an Anoris T2 i-Size Plus. To date, I have not received this product, nor a refund. The company is not taking any action, despite several requests. It is making false promises like "you will hear from us" or "this matter is currently under investigation", without results. I am now starting to question the validity of this company and would recommend that others exercise extreme caution.

The support is great i cant say anything about that. They are helpful with the problems and are very supportive. However the product (Cybex E-priam) is not of quality unfortunately. It broke down twice for electrial faults (not battery) under 3 years. My stroller is actually not even 3 years but it's like 2.5 years. First time it broke down was after 1.5 year, for a stroller that cost me of more then 2000 euros that is not good. Anyway i reached out to support and they like i said very friendly and helpful fixed the issue and sent the stroller back but after 1 year now it broke down again.. aaand again i contacted the support and again they were supportive and helped me with the it. But i wonder now when is it gonna break down again you know? So 5 star for the customer service but 1 star for the product..

We have bought numerous CYBEX car seats for us and for relatives, spending considerable money as we believed we were paying to keep our children safe. While buckling our baby into the sirona z seat the strap became detached from the seat where is fixes at the bottom. Understandably this was extrmelwt concerning and upsetting especially since we have more than one seat of this model. CYBEX have been completely unapologetic, trying to get the issue revolved has taken over 2 weeks so far, I am still in possession of the broken seat, we are within the manufacturer’s warranty period. They have offered repair (which I remain concerned about) but even this has not been arranged as I am still waiting for the collection to be arranged. The service has been shocking, I am beyond disappointed.

Disappointed with the actual pram itself, as the seat pack does not form together very well and is quite flimsy. However, I do love the car seat, it is extremely comfortable, easy to use looks great. I would highly recommend their customer service which is important as the seat pack was missing a piece, and they done their best to send out to me.

Not only is their customer service terrible and they ignored me for weeks after alerting them about a potential safety issue - THEY CENSORED MY REVIEW ON THEIR SITE with no way to appeal and no explanation of why. My review was genuine and not anything that other customers wouldn’t want to know.
I bought a premium car seat (SolutionT Plus) which felt broken and unsafe. i messaged them and they took details but then just said they would pass the details onto another department who then never responded. i had to chase multiple times and was ignored. i only got a response after posting that negative review on my experience AND the quality of the seat.
i will never buy from cybex again based on this experience and you should know that this is their level of customer service if you buy direct.

Our CYBEX e-Priam stroller developed an electronic malfunction and no longer works properly. Since the product is out of warranty, we contacted CYBEX to request a paid repair — as was recommended to us during a phone call with their support team.
Instead, we received an unfriendly standard response: CYBEX does not accept repairs outside the warranty period, and without a receipt, they said there was nothing they could do. Even a paid repair directly through CYBEX was denied — despite being explicitly promised over the phone.
For a premium product in this price range, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
A stroller that relies on electronic features should not become a throwaway product simply because the warranty has expired and no receipt is available.
Bottom line: No goodwill, no support, no responsibility. CYBEX promotes itself as a high-quality brand but delivers poor service and leaves customers out in the cold.
We will definitely choose a different brand in the future — and cannot recommend CYBEX to anyone.

I feel like I was missled by the webside. EOS travel system is definitelly not for daily use. the bassinet has non-removable strips and it doesn’t have a firm matrace, so the baby cannot sleep there. and also I found out there is no other bassinets that goes with the EOS FRAME at all.

After they took my money from my bank account apparently by mistake now i am calling every week for a refund and every time they said the same thing that this is the week when i will receive it. Today's is the 37 day and still waiting.
Later edit: it is almost 2 months, the item iz in their warehouse for 1 week now but they didn't send the money back.
Later edit 2: another 2 weeks have passed and they still didn't sent the money back. 2 weeks ago they said that the item is in their warehouse and thei have to check it but now they said that the item was misplaced by the DHL team and they have to investigate and take it back before the refund...

I placed an order with Cybex on June 9th, spending over £2,000, expecting my items to arrive on time. After an entire week of calling their support team multiple times with no clear answers, I was finally told on Friday that my parcel had been located. Apparently, there was an issue with FedEx, and the items were sent back to Cybex’s warehouse. Now, I’m told I will never receive the order and only once they get the items back will I be issued a refund!
I’ve been left chasing my own money for something I simply ordered in good faith. It’s incredibly frustrating. On top of that, their customer service is completely unresponsive. I’ve sent several emails and called support, but since a separate department handles refunds, no one can help and that department doesn't answer calls or respond to emails either.
So at this point, I have neither my order nor my money and no clarity on when I’ll be refunded, which they’ve now suggested could take up to three more weeks. Meanwhile, I can’t even go buy the items elsewhere because Cybex is holding on to my funds.
Avoid ordering from them at all costs! They are unresponsive, unreliable, and completely unhelpful. Worst of all, they make it incredibly difficult to get your money back!!!

My wife bought a car seat off the UK website. It was advertised all over the website that we would get free delivery. It was a UK website and all prices were in GBP. We didn't receive the seat for two weeks and later found out it was being shipped from Germany and delayed in customs. After we finally received the order, we then got a customs invoice from FedEx for £50. We contacted Cybex and FedEx. Cybex assured us this was a mistake and to disregard the invoice. Arrived home today to find a letter from a debt collection company for the unpaid customs invoice, now £65.
This company is totally inept. If you are interested in a cybex product, do not buy direct from them. Save yourself a world of pain and order from John Lewis or another reseller.
