We purchased multiple items from Cybex, all in one go, as we trusted the brand, technology and design. However, our ePriam pram worked only for about 2 months in total and then stopped charging, a complete waste of money, definitely would not recommend as that was the only reason why we bought this particular one. I contacted Cybex and they asked me to go back to the retailer, that is nothing to do with them, and upon insisting and they said there is nothing they can do as it is out the warranty (purchased for first baby who didn't like to be in a pram, started using it only on second baby and this is when is stoped working). I strongly recommend looking at other brands, as we also did, as even some other their latest products like Cola - released last year, is far from being as good as the equivalent Silver cross is for example. We have epriam, libelle and soya from cyber, all purchased new and definitely regret the choices

Awful customer service let's Cybex down.
Bought a Cloud T car seat for our newborn.
Its great apart from the shoulder pads are staining babies clothes, when she spits up the dye transfers. Ive washed the pads 5 times now and the dye still runs into her clothes and likely onto her skin.
Contacted cybex and they just don't reply.

Extremely disappointing experience – still no delivery or refund before my due date!
I ordered Cybex’s most expensive electric stroller, with multiple extra accessories and a sibling seat – a total order worth over €2,000 – trusting that I would receive it as promised within a few days, with tracking from Cybex’s own website. I could not have been more wrong.
I am due to give birth in just a few days, and I still have not received the products I paid for. Over the past two weeks, I have contacted Cybex customer service and FedEx several separate times. Every time, I am told that they need to start yet another “investigation process” into why FedEx has not picked up the parcel.
From my very first contact with Cybex, I clearly stated that I wished to cancel the purchase and receive a refund if the products had not been shipped. After several days, I was told it was FedEx’s fault and that the items would be collected “early this week” so I could finally get my order. And fed ex blames Cybex. Yet here we are – nothing has happened. The order has not been shipped, FedEx has not picked it up, and customer service is once again opening a new case. The same loop repeats over and over with no refund and no resolution.
The only “solution” Cybex has offered is for me to either place a new order for the exact same products and pay all over again, or to buy a stroller in a physical store – but with what money? Do they really expect people to have thousands of euros just lying around to pay for multiple strollers while they hold on to your original payment for weeks?
They keep blaming different factors, saying they are “waiting for internal teams” to look into the matter… but nothing is moving forward. This is exhausting and incredibly stressful, especially when I am about to give birth. I wish I had read the many negative Trustpilot reviews about undelivered orders, slow customer service, lost shipments, and refunds that never arrive before placing my order.
It is simply unacceptable for a company selling such high-priced products to operate like this. In Norway, this would not be legal – consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and refunds must be processed promptly. I am devastated and frustrated that I am not getting proper help, and that my money is not being returned so I can physically go and buy a stroller in a store before my 2.baby arrives.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who cannot afford to lose thousands of euros or who wants to avoid the risk of being left without both their money and their products. I still hope there is a serious person in Cybex who will solve this out asap and that I will Get my money back or the products I ordered!

The worst customer service ever!!!! Save yourself the trouble and invest in another brand. It's clear it's a German company. What a terrible time they put a pregnant woman through who decided to buy this brand for her baby. For my part, I've taken it upon myself to make the poor customer service management known to my acquaintances so they don't even consider the tragedy of considering this brand.

We are really happy with the products itself, compare to other pram we have Cybex rolls smoothly on every surface and folds easily. The carseat works perfectly and is as well comfortable since our baby boy always sleeps in the car :) Definitely recommended by our family. (Products Balios S, Aton B)

The worst customer service ever. Got on the phone with phone rep who was condescending and refused to do anything to help other that saying it's not their problem for a car seat product I recently purchased with 2 years short of expiry date instead of the 6 year life it's suppose to offer.
Agent refused to share information or any sort of help. Not even their name, with a monotone and bored tone in his voice

Promote DHL service but not truthful.
Don’t give any type of support, would never recommend it.

Here is Xiuqi Wang, I bought the Cybex full set of E-Frame in Nov 2024, after 6 months use the back wheel has noisy sound when it rolls. Cybex said it is under 3 year warranty but didn’t give realistic repair or claim way to solve this problem, they think it is okay to ask me to drive 1.5hours to another city to drop off my e-frame and wait 2-3 weeks to drive there to collect it again. I suggested the post way but they directly closed my customer service case: 01725351. Totally unacceptable brand and don’t be a fool to buy its products!

My rating is not about the quality of the products themselves – although expensive, Cybex products are undeniably high quality. My review focuses on other key issues:
Delivery delays: We chose to buy directly from the Cybex website about 10 days ago, instead of purchasing in-store for the same price. Despite the order being shipped within Europe to a European address, we are still waiting. The delivery delay is simply unreasonable.
Poor shipping partner: If we are buying directly from Cybex – cutting out retail commissions – at the exact same price, we expect better service. For five consecutive days, the tracking has shown that the package arrived in the destination country, yet it still hasn’t been delivered. In an age where companies like Amazon manage Europe-wide deliveries within 2–3 days, this kind of shipping experience feels like the stone age.
Marketing disconnect: It’s been a week since we started receiving marketing emails asking if we’re enjoying our new product – when we haven’t even caught a glimpse of it. This disconnect between your marketing team and your logistics only adds to the frustration and feels careless.
Sadly, with this delivery experience, I won’t be ordering from the Cybex website again.

Cybex has created a balloon ideology in the parenting groups that blindly believe this scam business cares for kids and families.
Recently, our baby stroller god damaged during travel, and the airlines requested the invoice to compensate for the damage. To my surprise, when i logged in to my account to retrieve my invoice, there was no order history or invoice. I called the number. No answer. I called THE different number. NO Answer. I emailed them. No answer. I texted them no answer. After numerous attempts to get hold of someone, I spoke to a lady who sent me a screenshot, no invoice whatsoever.

I ordered on 5th July and never received my item due to a delivery issue on CYBEX’s side. Despite this, they refused to refund me until the item was returned to their warehouse — leaving me out of pocket for weeks with no resolution.
Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and completely failed to take responsibility. I’ve had to go through my bank to get my money back.
Appalling service. I cannot comment on product quality as mine was not recieved but if you are tempted I'd highly suggest buying from a third-party retailer instead.
Edit: re the reply from Cybex below, this was not regarding a return I sent back or a refund I requested. Cybex could not fulfil my order (I believe due to a customs issue their side) despite me paying over £500 for it, and are refusing to process a prompt refund for their error.

This company has stolen me. I never received my order and they didn’t refund me, nearly 200pounds. The customer service has been awful and impolite, they don’t care about customers at all. I just received an email that my case was closed without even being sorted plus the customer service through WhatsApp requested me to place a new order without refunding me. What type of scam this is!!!! I will fight to get my money refunded at all costs.
PS. They never remained in close communication at all as they state below, an email here and there asking for reviews but NEVER regarding to the issue, so totally unacceptable. I have not received any communication about my refund yet by the way. They only use this way to justify them with false statements.

I hoped to gove a 5 Star Rating; however getting in touch with a actual person . (Yes I'm calling during EST hours and minding lunch time). My issue for calling is first when I ordered my Cybrex 360 It hasn't populated the almost $800 purchase poonts to my account. For my husband's car We were intending on purchasing another one.
Second from day 1 when the top clip is locked it always says "Not secure please check child ". It is secure your sensor is broke and I have a faulty carseat. Second on the all it reset itsself and I have to set up the carseat every few days.
I have even sent messages through the Facebook Page to attempt to resolve this. Maybey I should have gone with a MaxiCosi 360.

Awful customer service and false advertising. Been waiting over 3 weeks for a response to this and am still waiting!
Avoid Cybex. False advertising and when challenged they don’t care and give no explanation or say you need to buy more products. They don’t want to help. Been raising this since 7th July.
Bought a new cloud t plus to replace cloud t that was stolen. This was bought through UK Baby Centre but they aren’t able to help. Therefire we have been dealing with cybex directly (well trying!). The cloud t plus is advertised as having better ventilation. Never had problem with old one. This one though is awful. Baby sweats in it. Comes out soaking even with air con on and on cold day after 10 mins. Cybex say to dress baby differently, drive shorter distances (less than 10 mins!) and it’s because it’s warm (19 degrees c). Yet this didn’t happen in old car seat. Response was buy a summer cover for it (£55!). Yet it’s advertised as for all seasons and weather conditions and no mention of needing to buy a cover!
They also advertise the orfeo stroller as hand luggage approved yet I can’t find any airline where the dimensions fit- it’s too big. They won’t give me any examples either of where it will! They just say go buy their more expensive one instead to guarantee it’s small enough!
So please be warned. For a premium priced brand, their customer service doesn’t follow and their advertising isn’t trustworthy. I’m now left with a very expensive but unusable car seat.

Don’t have a problem with this brand — it’s risky.
I bought a product that didn’t fit my stroller and returned it on June 27. It’s now July 24 and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve sent more than three complaints and no one is replying to my emails. It’s an extremely distressing situation, and the next step will be to sue them for fraud. Be careful.
Update: They are scammers, plain and simple.
Today, July 28, I called the customer service number they provide. I was told: “there are no updates, that’s all we know.” When I said I’ve been waiting over a month for my refund, they hung up on me.
I am deeply regretful for ever buying a stroller from this brand. I will never trust CYBEX again — a company that pretends to be premium but treats customers like garbage and keeps their money.
Absolutely disgraceful. Do not buy from CYBEX. It’s a scam.
