Ordered a cassette freehub body for my AR30 wheel that had failed after just a year of use. This was delivered promptly and efficiently. I did ask Cycle Division's customer service department why the freehub bearings has failed in such a short space of time, the answer I got was "Well it rained alot last winter..." Poor longevity of product in my view.

Excellent service! Very fast shipment everytime I've placed an order online for cycling kit and always very responsive to any messages I've sent via their Facebook page on product and stock questions. The rst kit is my favourite of all the cycling gear i own, it wears incredibly well, comfortable on long rides, stylish and good value for money.

Ordered wheels for a delayed mid August delivery. When I emailed to check when they are due- now told mid Sept without an apology. Really poor form.

Awful. Finance option on website was apparently unavailable - only told when I called them. Ordered and paid for bike I really wanted. Was then called and told that bike was not available in that size (website still listed it as available the next day - at least).

Got really excited about a super bike - then had to wait three days for refund. Prevented me from getting the bike I wanted; then prevented me from getting any other bike.

Really, really disappointed with the customer service from Cycle division.
I ordered some Cero Ar30 wheels which were due to be delivered 7th-9th July. I emailed after ordering them (30th June) to check everything was on track and told it was. I then didn’t hear anything. I then emailed on 9th July to be told the wheels had been dispatched yesterday. Here is the email I received: Hi Michael,
The wheels were dispatched yesterday and should arrive today or tomorrow via Parcel Force.

Thanks for your patience enjoy your wheels.

I then didn’t hear anything and also no wheels. I called up today only to be told none of that was true and that I had missed the pre order cut off and would have to wait until August. It’s safe to say I will never order from here again and requested a refund.

Not acceptable at all.

On purchasing some wheels for £699 I was told they take 1-2 days delivery I purchased them Wednesday and they wasn't delivered til Monday the following week meaning I was without wheels for my bike Sunday not a good start of business for me to think of another purchase from you

Quick responses to emails, delivered when expected (pre-ordered), great set of wheels. Felt big difference between these and standard wheels that came in my bike. Happy middle aged man in lycra.

Unpretentious team, didn't try to over-promote their products

Have dealt with cycle diviison a couple of times recently - good customer service and advice, definitely going the extra mile.
would recommend that any budding cyclists try out their Cero wheel range - both pairs I have tried have been exceptional value.

Great service - do the simple things right. Order. Delivered in 2 days fully tracked with DHL. AR24's been great so far, will be back for AR30's soon!

The wheelset AR24 is splendid. They roll really well and are extremely light and I'm very happy with them. After my first trip though, the front wheel lost its truing (less than 1mm), but noticeable. I can't say whether they came this way or if it happened during the trip.

The product was despatched on the next day that I ordered them, but DHL took 4 weeks to get them to Portugal.

I cannot fault the experience, easy to order, exceptional price, fast delivery compared to normal times let some three unprecedented times we are in now. The wheels are stunning, feel so light, well built, look fantastic and I cannot wait to give them a try! Thank you!
