Wheels arrived in two days, well packaged can not fault service

I pre-ordered some Cero AR30 wheels in early July, for delivery in early August. In late August I was told the delivery would be delayed; they eventually arrived in late September.

In early November, using a plastic tyre lever to fit some GP 4 season tyres for winter caused the rim to buckle. Obviously this should never be possible (I took them into a bike shop, who said they'd never seen anything like it!) so there must have been a structural defect.

I emailed for a warranty replacement, and in looking back through photos to find the exact date the wheels were delivered I found a photo from when I had literally just lifted them out of the box - and in the photo you can see an indent right next to where the rim later buckled.

Despite being well inside the warranty period and having proof that the wheels arrived broken, Cycle Division are refusing to honour their warranty, and I am having to start making a claim through the small claims court.

In short, I've spent £300 on wheels that arrived broken and dangerously weak (imagine if they'd deformed when I was out riding!) and are now completely useless.

However good the reviews of the wheels are online: avoid.

The wheels arrived very quickly and look like excellent value for money. I haven't been able to give them a real workout yet but expect them to perform as well as they look. No response to the email I sent but they still turned still turned up promptly.

Bought a wheelset, who was totally out of true when arrived. Hubs, spokes weren't as described. Sent an e-mail, never had an answer.......
Quality is not good and customer service neither!

Next day delivery, great product.

The use of online company's services and home delivery is now commonplace. Cycle Division, in my experience, have proved to be one of the better ones in terms of communication, price and speed of delivery. Totally professional service. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a set of Cero RC35 carbon wheels on special offer, the website said they would be in stock on the 11th and I was told they would be sent out for next day delivery. It's now the 13th and DHL have just delivered me a box with a nice carbon wheelset, top marks Cycle Division. First impressions of the wheels are very good, weight is acceptable to that quoted as they have rim tape fitted

Order process fine for a pre-order although the date wheels were expected had passed & not been updated on web site. I've asked a couple of questions twice now with no response from Twitter (while they've been tweeting) and by email. I'm trying to avoid an expensive call to be held on the line while they sort a response. Wheels are still on pre-order as I expected but not told an updated estimate at confirmation of order.
Update: contacted by someone very helpful & offering clear message confirming delivery now received & website update. Increased rating.

The wheels I ordered were scratched and the weight was incorrect so not a good start.
Communication at the beginning was okay but when I then wanted to return them the communication from Tom was very poor.
I eventually phoned to be told he would contact me the following day, he never.
After phoning again the wheels and p+p was refunded

Great product, great value, crazy fast delivery. Have yet to use the product but based on reviews and how they look and feel i have a strong feeling my bikes away to get a wee bit faster.

The site had the wheelset I wanted in stock, went to checkout and selected my country to ship. Site gave me estimated cost to ship and added it to my total. Checked out and completed process and paid in full. Got e-mail next day say my order has been canceled due to shipping and fees costing more than the wheelset is worth and gave me a refund.

Don’t waste your customer’s time by adding the options to ship to a country you can’t ship to. Fire whoever is in charge of what CAN and CAN’T be shipped.
