My claim was managed quickly and effectively. Constant updates were provided. Polite and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this company.

My current cycle insurers renewal quote had gone up quite a bit after I had made a small amendment so I thought I would shop around. The first quote from Wiggle was a joke! almost double my current insures price although it was better cover but not worth nearly double the price? I contacted Wiggle who price matched my current quote, deal done, same price with better cover. The sales adviser could not have been more helpful.

Price on renewal was too high, but did get discounted.
Person was not an expert on electric bikes which lead to much confusion where I did not think I would be able to renew due to the speed capability. It was later that I found out that the assisted max speed was within the limits. I would have thought Wiggle would have known this and I would have been able to renew happily. Instead another company explained that it not the max speed, but the Max assisted speed which is the factor that has a limit and that my bike did meet the requirements
I have since received a call sincerely apologising and saying that the problem I faced was recognised and that it should not happen again to someone else.
I will still contact Wiggle going forward for future quotes.

Only just set the insurance up so not had to claim and hope I never do, but will update if needed.

I cancelled my policy and received confirmation by email. Regardless the policy was automatically renewed and the full amount taken from my bank account without my knowledge. The company acknowledged their mistake but be aware that this company hold your bank information and in my case automatically renewed the policy without my permission, causing considerable embarrassment as such a large amount disappeared from my bank account over the weekend.

When my bikes were stolen from the garage, Wiggle Cycle Insurance were very sympathetic and helpful, and settled my claim unbelievably fast. I now have replacement bikes, and am totally confident insuring them with Wiggle again. They really turned an awful situation around.

From the outset, Wiggle has been professional. Fair and acted in accordance with how you (as a customer) woudl want an insurer to act. They answer phones. Talk to you openly, and are reasonably priced for the service.

I made 1 phone call at the weekend and didn’t leave a message. I received a follow up call on Monday and Savannah had all my details ready to proceed. I was given all the guidance I needed and even when she could not call me back at the end of the week, as arranged, a colleague did. It’s that kind of service that makes this company exceptional. I was able to complete the quote and obtain cover very easily. These things can be frustrating but Wiggle ensured it was completely smooth. Professional but a friendly approach too.
