I’d like to say that my experience with Wiggle was excellent. I had a bump on my bike and wasn’t sure the repair would be covered but it was really easy to enquire and Walden (the representative I dealt with) was very professional and friendly, and made the whole process so easy. After sending a few pictures over and explaining what had happened, they then dealt directly with the repair shop in order for my bike to be taken in and repaired, all whilst I was being kept up to date with progress.

I’d definitely recommend Wiggle as an insurer and will certainly be sticking with them in the future.

Shockingly abysmal service, said they’d proceed with starting my policy but unlike other insurance companies, these muppets need to call you to activate the policy, something they failed to do, bike was stolen and they could not do anything as they hadn’t activated the policy!! DO NOT USE THEM

Hugely expensive cover available on like for like basis around 40% less eleswhere. No point in offering a price match afterwards. You should aim to be competitive from the start.

As expected after seeing all the negative feedback on here my claim was rejected on the basis that there was no visible forced entry as my landlord changed the locks and provided evidence of this. There will be far better companies to do business with than this bunch of cowboys. Do yourselves a favour. Search elsewhere and don’t even get a quote.

I have been talking to Gabbriella and I have been impressed with her knowledge and I have found her to be very pleasant to deal with.

Great service until you need to make a claim. They will find the smallest of reasons not to fulfil a claim so it would be much better in the long run to put the money you would use in a separate account as you’re unlikely to see it again from wiggle.

Be careful, premiums DOUBLE in year 2. As with a lot of insurance providers, they look to hook you in with a reasonable price in year one and then with no claims or changes scalp you in year 2. In my case it was literally double the price.

What really made it great experience was the person who was helping me, Nikki. Really helpful, knowledgeable, polite and not some AI. Also I did not have to wait all day for someone to pick up the phone. As on the other occasions that I have needed to sort out a problem, the Team at Wiggle have been a great and I have walked away with a smile on my face. :)

Did a quote, received a call from a lady called Sam, who patiently took me through everything that was required and could not have been more kind, helpful and understanding. She arranged a price match to an alternative quote I had and was happy to proceed.

She answered any questions I had re policy terms and requirements explaining them in easy to understand language and gave me complete confidence to use this company. 100% recommend.

Good, responsive service with clear communication. Worth paying the very small additional premium over some other insurers. Would highly recommend.
