I bought a new wheel and inner tube from Cycle King, unfortunately I had chosen the wrong size wheel but they were brilliant and really helpful in sorting it all out. Highly recommend them!

Very nice bike at a great price arrived the next day. Front wheel was wobbly and I thought the bearings were shot. Richard offered to send a replacement wheel for exchange were I unable to follow the explanation he sent me, with pictures, showing how to fix the problem. His instructions were very clear and saved me being without the bike for another day. Great customer service. Very happy all round thank you 😀. Joe Harris

Dreaded pothole buckled my wheel and burst my tyre on my e-bike. Had the bike 10 years which is fitted with Kevlar tyres and until the pothole, never had an incident. Found Cycle King online who sold Kevlar tyres. Emailed them and requested a quote for wheel, tyre and inner tube. Website sold them individually but I asked if I could have it assembled. Couple of hours later Sebastian replied with a very reasonable price and as requested this was for it fully assembled. A link in the email took me to a basket and a couple of clicks later I’d made the purchase with a promised delivery date of 4 days later (no extra charge) 4 days later it duly arrived very well packaged and excellent quality product. I popped into the Wickford branch on Wednesday this week, my daughter is starting her bike ability in a few weeks and needed a reflector. I looked on Amazon and they were charging £5 for one. I went into cycle king and whilst they didn't sell them they had loads spare and we're happy to give me one. Excellent service and will definitely be going there for my cycling needs in the future. Paid for express delivery, my parts took well over eight days to arrive and so missed the deadline of our cruise.

I orderd a bike for a 6 year old, online. It arrived promptly, well packaged etc. The price was reasonable. The quality was pretty good. It was easy enough to assemble, though the instructions were woeful (no pictures matching the actual bike in front of me). I'm a bit prejudiced by the fact that my daughter learnt to cycle with just a few evenings of pushing - probably all down to

Bike arrived with a bent front drop-out making fitting wheel impossible without adjustment and also out of true front wheel, this was due to damage during delivery. Very good correspondence and customer service, swift replies etc, was offered a couple of ways to go about fixing the problem, decided to fix at my end instead of replacement and was offered part refund for the trouble. So on the whole very satisfied with the experience and would feel confident to buy from them again.

I found the part I needed very quickly. Very clear description so almost impossible to make mistakes. I noticed the dispatch date as May 19th but the bike was repaired and back on the road on the 16th.
Very happy with this company and I'll sure be back when I need more parts.

I bought my 3 yearold grandaughter a bike .. jts perfect she loves it .. unfortunatly the courier let you down repeatedly delivering to the wrong address but was sorted after much communication . It was well packed and easily assembled.
