Really great family run business

Great service, competitive pricing.
I ordered a bike from Cycle King & Hawk Cycles at13:30 on 28/01/25, to my amazement the bike was delivered on 29/01/25. The bike was packaged well and easy to assemble. The choice of bikes was excellent and the whole process from purchase through to delivery was straightforward and efficient.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service.
Delivery was taken by somebody not at this address, reported to police, police have seen ring camera footage, customer services refusing to do a single thing.
Spent a fortune to not end up with a bike in the end and spoken to like utter rubbish via email.
Never order from this company!

Nice girls bike
Fast delivery & a lovely bike and in the sale which was half price. Unfortunately when unwrapped the bell was completely broken but customer services were very good & have sent a replacement. My granddaughter loves the basket on the front so she’s very happy.
