Very bad experience and disappointing
Very bad experience and disappointing. After 6 days of waiting when the bicycle arrives its defective, I reached out to their customer service immediately they told me that they dont available maintenance and I need to wait 1 more week for the availability of their maintenance other refund my money. after 4 days the maintenance arrived and he confirmed that the bicycle had manufacture defect and he collected it. Now I need to wait 5 to 6 days for the refund. Extremely bad customer service.

The BEST service
The BEST service! A critical component on my bike broke down and I’m a few weeks away from my first Ironman. Ordered my new item on CycleSouq and they got it delivered it to me so fast which was amazing because I just can’t afford gaps in my training right now.

Slow with poor communication

My first time using Cycle Souq. During the order process there didn't seem to be any estimate of when delivery would be made, after a few days I emailed Cycle Souq and asked for an estimated delivery date. After a few days they responded. The estimated delivery was 11 days from order. This is pretty slow for a local provider. Then the rains in Dubai hit and no updated estimate of delivery was provided even after I requested it. 2 days of heavy rain caused a further 7 day delay. Maybe this was understandable depending on the damage they may have suffered but no information was provided so...who knows.
